本实用新型公开了一种电机，包括前端盖、后端盖及安装在端盖内的转子组件，所述的护线套通过凹槽与后端盖卡接固定，护线套中开设有导线孔，电机导线从导线孔中伸出。与现有技术相比，通过在端盖的边缘口开设出线口，这样的出线口为开口型，护线套经凹槽与端盖固定，使护线套安装方便；出线时，导线先穿过护线套，再将护线套安装，不但保护了导线，而且节约了装配时间，提高产品的生产效率。

本实用新型涉及一种电机。
背景技术
现有的电机为了安装导线，都在端盖上打一导线孔，导线从导线孔中穿出。由于端盖都为金属材质，导线孔的周边很锋利，这样电机导线的表层易被割破，导致漏电。专利号为ZL200720072544.4的中国实用新型专利公开了一种电机，采用在导线孔中镶嵌护线套的技术方案，有效的实现了对于导线的保护作用。然而这种结构还存在着缺陷，由于导线孔为封闭式结构，护线套的镶嵌工作很费劳力，导线从护线套中穿出也很不方便，以致电机的装配效率低下。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足提供一种出线方便、装配效率高的电机。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种电机，包括前端盖、后端盖及安装在端盖内的转子组件，后端盖的边缘口开设有出线口，所述的出线口内设置有护线套，护线套的两侧开设有凹槽，所述的护线套通过凹槽与后端盖卡接固定，护线套中开设有导线孔，电机导线从导线孔中伸出。
作为上述方案的进一步设置，所述的护线套由橡胶材料制成。
本实用新型的有益效果是：与现有技术相比，通过在端盖的边缘口开设出线口，这样的出线口为开口型，护线套经凹槽与端盖固定，使护线套安装方便；出线时，导线先穿过护线套，再将护线套安装，不但保护了导线，而且节约了装配时间，提高产品的生产效率。

实施例：
如图1、图2、图3所示，本实用新型包括前端盖1、后端盖2以及安装在端盖内的转子组件3，后端盖2的边缘口开设有出线口4，所述的出线口4内设置有护线套5，护线套5的两侧开设有凹槽6，所述的护线套5通过凹槽6与后端盖2卡接固定，护线套5中开设有导线孔7，电机导线8从导线孔7中伸出。
所述的护线套5由橡胶材料制成。
本实用新型的工作原理为：通过在后端盖2的边缘口开设有出线口4，以致这样的出线口4呈开口型，护线套5的两侧开设凹槽6，在电机装配时，只需将电机导线8先穿过导线孔7，再将护线套5通过凹槽6与出线口4配合固定即可，不但保护了电机导线8，而且装配非常便捷，提高生产效率。

1.一种电机，包括前端盖（1）、后端盖（2）及安装在端盖内的转子组件（3），其特征在于：后端盖（2）的边缘口开设有出线口（4），所述的出线口（4）内设置有护线套（5），护线套（5）的两侧开设有凹槽（6），所述的护线套（5）通过凹槽（6）与后端盖（2）卡接固定，护线套（5）中开设有导线孔（7），电机导线（8）从导线孔（7）中伸出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电机，其特征在于：所述的护线套（5）由橡胶材料制成。
