本实用新型涉及电机用出线装置。包括设置在电机端盖上的出线孔以及与出线孔相配合的出线护套，所述的出线孔为U形孔，所述的出线护套卡设在出线孔上，且出线护套上设有供电机线束卡入其中的缺口。由上述技术方案可知，本实用新型通过将出线孔设置为U形，将出线护套直接卡设在出线孔上，再通过出线护套上的缺口将电机线束卡入其中，整个装置操作起来简单方便。

本实用新型涉及一种电机，具体说涉及一种电机用出线装置。
背景技术
目前，国内单相感应电机端盖上开设有供线束穿过的出线孔，线束的穿出必须先穿过电机端盖上的圆孔才能实现，出线孔处还设有与之配合的出线护套，由于一般电机端盖上的出线孔多为圆孔，所以在实际操作中，线束的出线护套不易嵌入电机端盖的圆孔中，操作起来不方便。电机线束也需要穿过出线护套，操作费时又费事。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电机用出线装置，该装置使用起来简单方便。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用了以下技术方案：包括设置在电机端盖上的出线孔以及与出线孔相配合的出线护套，所述的出线孔为U形孔，所述的出线护套卡设在出线孔上，且出线护套上设有供电机线束卡入其中的缺口。
出线护套包括护套本体，所述的护套本体上设有与出线孔形状相吻合的U形卡槽，所述的护套本体上设有缺口，且所述的缺口呈开口大、里口小的喇叭形。
由上述技术方案可知，本实用新型通过将出线孔设置为U形，将出线护套直接卡设在出线孔上，再通过出线护套上的缺口将电机线束卡入其中，整个装置操作起来简单方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明：
如图1、图2所示的一种电机用出线装置，包括设置在电机端盖1上的出线孔以及与出线孔相配合的出线护套2，出线孔为U形孔，出线护套2卡设在出线孔上，且出线护套2上设有供电机线束4卡入其中的缺口3，具体地说，出线护套2包括护套本体21，护套本体21上设有与出线孔形状相吻合的U形卡槽22，护套本体21上设有缺口3，且缺口3呈开口大、里口小的喇叭形。
在生产过程中，可在原有的圆形出线孔上开设豁口，形成U形的出线孔，方便出线护套与之配合。
具体操作过程如下：
先将出线护套的U形卡槽插入电机端盖1上的出线孔上，再将电机线束从喇叭形的缺口中卡入出线护套中。
综上所述，本实用新型的出线护套与电机端盖装配工艺简单方便，省时省力，大大提高了流水线的生产效率。

1.一种电机用出线装置，包括设置在电机端盖（1）上的出线孔以及与出线孔相配合的出线护套（2），其特征在于：所述的出线孔为U形孔，所述的出线护套（2）卡设在出线孔上，且出线护套（2）上设有供电机线束（4）卡入其中的缺口（3）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电机用出线装置，其特征在于：所述的出线护套（2）包括护套本体（21），所述的护套本体（21）上设有与出线孔形状相吻合的U形卡槽（22），所述的护套本体（21）上设有缺口（3），且所述的缺口（3）呈开口大、里口小的喇叭形。
