本实用新型涉及一种非光学部件的结构件眼镜架,尤指一种采用替换性强的连接结构作为连接件的眼镜架;包括镜框、两个耳挂件和两个连接结构,所述的连接结构包括耳挂插件和连接件,所述的耳挂插件前端插接于耳挂内部,末端通过连接件与镜框连接,本实用新型采用实用性和替换性强的连接结构作为镜框和耳挂的连接件,本连接结构物理成型稳定性强易于拆卸,可适用于多种眼镜架,不仅节省资源节省成本,同时维修性强,替换性也强,生产装配工艺简单,适合大批量生产与装配,使得使用者在佩戴该眼镜架时会感到舒适。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种非光学部件的结构件眼镜架,尤指一种采用替换性强的连接结构作为连接件的眼镜架。
背景技术
随着科技的发展人们的生活水平不断的提高,人们对生活用品,尤其是一些贴身私人用品要求越来越高,例如眼镜架,眼镜架通常是将带铰接结构的连接件分别固定在镜框和耳挂上,而连接件总是依照镜框和耳挂的形状量身设计,可以理解为一种连接件只能应用于一种耳挂和镜框,同时耳挂、连接件或镜框任一部件坏了都很有可能要丢弃整幅眼镜,因为不易拆卸的连接结构强行拆卸后会破坏连接的精度,这样替换性不强的连接件无形中提高了生产成本和购买成本,且会造成资源浪费。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型旨在公开一种非光学部件的结构件眼镜架,尤指一种采用替换性强的连接结构作为连接件的眼镜架及其成型组装工艺。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种替换性强的眼镜架,所述的眼镜架包括镜框、两个耳挂和两个连接结构,所述的连接结构包括耳挂插件和连接件,所述的耳挂插件前端插接于耳挂内部,末端通过连接件与镜框连接,所述的镜框两侧连接端设置有凸出连接端,连接端设置有带容腔的螺孔;耳挂一体成型有插孔;耳挂插件为长条状,前端形状与插孔适配并插接于插孔内,末端设置为薄板状,薄板上面设置有带容腔的连接凸台,凸台正面开设有U形凹口,凸台与薄板的连接处开设有∟形缺口;所述的连接件为呈阶梯V型薄板状的弹性元件,其中阶梯V型薄板相对短一侧设置有带压盖的柱形凸块,相对长一侧设置有螺孔凸块且薄板宽度与∟形缺口一致,连接件底端插接于耳挂连接件的容腔内,其中柱形凸块卡制与U型凹口处压盖露在容腔外,带螺孔凸块端卡制于∟形缺口处将螺孔露在外侧与镜框两侧连接端连接通过螺钉固定。
所述连接件的螺孔凸块底部为倾斜梯形。
所述的连接件采用超弹不锈钢制作。
所述耳挂连接件上的凸台位置低于插件末端。
本实用新型的有益效果体现在:首先本实用新型采用实用性和替换性强的连接结构作为镜框和耳挂的连接件,本连接结构物理成型稳定性强易于拆卸,可适用于多种眼镜架;同时本实用新型连接结构中的耳挂插件与耳挂的插接固定,连接件采用高弹性不锈钢制作成V形并具有弹性,将镜框及耳挂连接,由于均采用物理性的可拆卸连接,如果哪个部件有损坏只需拆卸更换该损坏部件而不用丢弃整个眼镜架,不仅节省资源节省成本,同时维修性强,替换性也强,生产装配工艺简单,适合大批量生产与装配,使得使用者在佩戴该眼镜架时会感到舒适。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明本实用新型的具体实施方式:
一种替换性强的眼镜架,所述的眼镜架包括镜框(1)、两个耳挂(2)和两个连接结构,所述的连接结构包括耳挂插件(3)和连接件(4),所述的耳挂插件(3)前端插接于耳挂插孔(21)内部,末端通过连接件(4)与镜框(1)连接,所述的镜框(1)两侧连接端设置有凸出连接端,连接端设置有带容腔的螺孔;耳挂(2)一体成型有插孔(21);耳挂插件(3)为长条状,前端形状与插孔(21)适配并插接于插孔(21)内,末端设置为薄板状,薄板上面设置有带容腔的连接凸台(31),凸台(31)正面开设有U形凹口(32),凸台(31)与薄板的连接处开设有∟形缺口(33);所述的连接件(4)为呈阶梯V型薄板状的弹性元件,其中阶梯V型薄板相对短一侧设置有带压盖的柱形凸块(41),相对长一侧设置有螺孔凸块(42)且薄板宽度与∟形缺口(33)一致,连接件(4)底端插接于耳挂连接件(4)的容腔内,其中柱形凸块(41)卡制与U型凹口处压盖露在容腔外,带螺孔凸块(42)端卡制于∟形缺口(33)处将螺孔露在外侧与镜框(1)两侧连接端连接通过螺钉固定;其中连接件(4)的螺孔凸块(42)底部为倾斜梯形,有利于卡制固定,连接件(4)的材料采用超弹不锈钢制作,使得折弯成型后的连接件(4)具有弹性,耳挂连接件(4)上的凸台(31)位置低于插件末端,有利于连接件(4)与耳挂插件(3)的连接。
一种替换性强的眼镜架的成型工艺,包括以下步骤:首先成型镜框(1)和耳挂(2):注塑一体成型两端设置有凸出连接端的镜框(1)和内部设置有插孔(21)的耳挂(2);然后成型耳挂插件(3):冲压一体成型耳挂插件(3),并在耳挂插件(3)薄板端焊接带容腔的连接凸台(31);最后成型连接件(4):首先采用超弹不锈钢冲压成型一长条薄板,然后折弯薄板呈阶梯V型,然后在阶梯V型薄板相对短一侧焊接带压盖的柱形凸块(41),在相对长一侧焊接到螺孔凸块(42)。
一种替换性强的眼镜架的组装工艺包括以下步骤:首先,将耳挂插件(3)前端插接于耳挂插孔(21)内;然后,将连接件(4)底端插接于耳挂连接件(4)的容腔内,由于连接件(4)为超弹不锈钢制作具有弹性,柱形凸块(41)卡制与U型凹口处压盖露在容腔外,带螺孔凸块(42)端卡制于∟形缺口(33)处将螺孔露在外侧;最后,将镜框(1)两侧连接端分别与连接件(4)带螺孔凸块(42)连接,并通过螺钉固定。

1.一种替换性强的眼镜架,所述的眼镜架包括镜框、两个耳挂和两个连接结构,所述的连接结构包括耳挂插件和连接件,所述的耳挂插件前端插接于耳挂内部,末端通过连接件与镜框连接,其特征在于:所述的镜框两侧连接端设置有凸出连接端,连接端设置有带容腔的螺孔;耳挂一体成型有插孔;耳挂插件为长条状,前端形状与插孔适配并插接于插孔内,末端设置为薄板状,薄板上面设置有带容腔的连接凸台,凸台正面开设有U形凹口,凸台与薄板的连接处开设有∟形缺口;所述的连接件为呈阶梯V型薄板状的弹性元件,其中阶梯V型薄板相对短一侧设置有带压盖的柱形凸块,相对长一侧设置有螺孔凸块且薄板宽度与∟形缺口一致,连接件底端插接于耳挂连接件的容腔内,其中柱形凸块卡制与U型凹口处压盖露在容腔外,带螺孔凸块端卡制于∟形缺口处将螺孔露在外侧与镜框两侧连接端连接通过螺钉固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种替换性强的眼镜架,其特征在于:所述连接件的螺孔凸块底部为倾斜梯形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种替换性强的眼镜架,其特征在于:所述的连接件采用超弹不锈钢制作。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种替换性强的眼镜架,其特征在于:所述耳挂连接件上的凸台位置低于插件末端。
