本实用新型提供了一种防眩光LED筒灯,它包括外壳、LED模组、反光杯、透明盖板及灯盖;所述LED模组及反光杯通过透明盖板和灯盖限位于外壳中,LED模组包括有铝基板、LED模组和引线,所述铝基板一侧贴敷外壳设置,所述反光杯开口较小一端罩于铝基板另一侧上,铝基板于反光杯罩设内部的表面设有LED模组;所述发光杯内表面设有网状/菱形纹路。相比于常见的LED筒灯,本实用新型的有益效果在于整体采用了改进了筒灯中反光杯的结构,将原本光滑的反光杯表面加入网状或菱形纹路,从而使得LED模组发出的光通过其聚光后散射效果更好,发光更为柔和。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED照明领域,尤其是指一种防眩光LED筒灯。 
背景技术
随着LED技术的迅猛发展,LED也在筒灯领域得到了应用。习知的,LED模组发光时每个LED灯珠都是一个点光源。因此为了使得产品使用时有更均匀的照射效果往往会需要配置反光杯进行聚光。然而随着LED筒灯的照度要求越来越高,LED模组的功率也更大,LED灯珠由于其发光特性其发出的光蓝、紫波长较多,往往会使得人感觉到刺眼。而仅仅采用原有光面的反光杯进行聚光会带来眩光问题,这无疑会增加使用者的不舒适感,故需要改进。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服了上述缺陷,提供一种可有效降低眩光,使光线更柔和的防眩光LED筒灯。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种防眩光LED筒灯,它包括外壳、LED模组、反光杯、透明盖板及灯盖;所述LED模组及反光杯通过透明盖板和灯盖限位于外壳中,LED模组包括有铝基板、LED模组和引线,所述铝基板一侧贴敷外壳设置,所述反光杯开口较小一端罩于铝基板另一侧上,铝基板于反光杯罩设内部的表面设有LED模组;所述反光杯内表面设有网状/菱形纹路; 
上述结构中,所述铝基板于反光杯罩设外部的表面设有接线座,接线座连接有引线,引线通过接线座与铝基板电连接; 
上述结构中,所述外壳表面设有多片鳍片,鳍片与鳍片之间开设有散热通孔; 
上述结构中,所述反光杯开口较小一端设有限位凸台,对应的于铝基板上设有限位槽;反光杯通过透明盖板紧配合的设置于铝基板上; 
上述结构中,所述反光杯由旋压铝制成,其内表面真空镀膜形成有反光杯。 
相比于常见的LED筒灯,本实用新型的有益效果在于整体采用了改进了筒灯中反光杯的结构,将原本光滑的反光杯表面加入网状或菱形纹路,从而使得LED模组发出的光通过其聚光后散射效果更好,发光更为柔和。

为详细说明本实用新型的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式并配合附图详予说明。 
请参阅图1,本发明涉及一种防眩光LED筒灯,它包括外壳1、LED模组4、反光杯5、透明盖板6及灯盖7。 
其中,LED模组4及反光杯5通过透明盖板6和灯盖7限位在外壳1内。 
上述LED模组包括有铝基板2、LED模组4和引线8。铝基板2一侧贴敷外壳1设置从而更好的于外壳1进行热传导,而反光杯5开口较小一端(如图所示即为杯底51)罩于铝基板2另一侧上,铝基板2于反光杯5罩设内部的表面部分设有LED模组4,由此发光杯5可对其内部的LED模组4发出的光进行调整配光。为了改善以往产品的眩光问题,本发明中,将原本光滑的反光杯5表面加入网状或菱形纹路52,这样做可使得在配光时,更好的使得LED模组4的光得到散射,从而达到产品最终出射光更均匀柔和的目的。 
于反光杯5罩设外部的表面设有引线8,铝基板内设有走线电连接上述LED模组4及引线8。由此结构,避免了传统结构中反光杯内部需要引线出来而产生的漏光问题。 
最佳的,反光杯5由旋压铝制成,其内表面在网状或菱形纹路的基础上真空镀膜形成有反光杯,达到良好反光和柔光的效果。此处,采用旋压铝制造反 光杯5相比传统常用的金箔纸式反光杯,可有更好的光遮蔽效果(本产品自身具有的厚度保证),且使用过程中结构稳固,不会带来漏光问题。 
进一步,较佳的,上述结构中,反光杯5开口较小一端设有限位凸台,对应的于铝基板2上设有限位槽,两者适配可完成精确定位,从而反光杯5通过透明盖板6紧配合的设置于铝基板2上进一步降低了其结构上松动带来的漏光问题。 
作为一实施例,在外壳1表面设有多片鳍片12,鳍片12与鳍片12之间开设有散热通孔11,由此一来外壳由原来的封闭式变为通透式,除了可供给其内放置的LED模组传导散热外还可进行对流散热。此外,此种结构可方便外壳1的制造,外壳1采用金属的情况下可一次冲压成型。 
作为一实施例,铝基板2于反光杯5罩设外部的表面设有接线座3,所述引线8通过接线座3与铝基板2电连接,接线座3较比以往直接将引线8焊接在铝基板2上可更方便用户拆卸更换。

1.一种防眩光LED筒灯,其特征在于:它包括外壳、LED模组、反光杯、透明盖板及灯盖;所述LED模组及反光杯通过透明盖板和灯盖限位于外壳中,LED模组包括有铝基板、LED模组和引线,所述铝基板一侧贴敷外壳设置,所述反光杯开口较小一端罩于铝基板另一侧上,铝基板于反光杯罩设内部的表面设有LED模组;所述反光杯内表面设有网状/菱形纹路。 
2.如权利要求1所述的防眩光LED筒灯,其特征在于:所述铝基板于反光杯罩设外部的表面设有接线座,接线座连接有引线,引线通过接线座与铝基板电连接。 
3.如权利要求1所述的防眩光LED筒灯,其特征在于:所述外壳表面设有多片鳍片,鳍片与鳍片之间开设有散热通孔。 
4.如权利要求1-3任意一项所述的防眩光LED筒灯,其特征在于:所述反光杯开口较小一端设有限位凸台,对应的于铝基板上设有限位槽;反光杯通过透明盖板紧配合的设置于铝基板上。 
5.如权利要求4所述的防眩光LED筒灯,其特征在于:所述反光杯由旋压铝制成,其内表面真空镀膜形成有反光杯。
