背景技术：甘蔗是人人爱吃的固体饮料，近年来种甘蔗的多，买甘蔗的多，吃甘蔗的人越来越多，甘蔗的皮要靠牙啃和刀削。直到目前为止还没有甘蔗削皮机，为了方便经营者和广大的消费者，我们发明了甘蔗削皮机。
实用新型内容：目的是提供一种设计合理、结构紧凑、生产组装容易、使用操作方便、甘蔗削皮净、效率高每小时可加工削皮甘蔗500公斤的甘蔗削皮机。甘蔗削皮机，其特征在于：电机(2)装于机架(1)中部，皮带盘(3)装在空心轴(7)左部，削梁架盘(4)接于空心轴(7)右部，削皮甘蔗排出孔(5)设在空心轴(7)左末端，转子盒装在皮带盘(3)右侧空心轴(7)外部，并接于机架(1)上部，削刀梁(8)接于架盘(4)之间，削皮刀(9)接于刀架(10)的顶端，甘蔗进入口(11)设在空心轴(7)右末端，架撑(12)装在机架(1)中间。刀架(10)与削刀梁(8)装接使用内外丝冒固定，实现甘蔗粗细削皮都有调整余地。削刀梁(8)为瓦弧形，并在一条圆周线上。

具体实施方式：电机(2)装于机架(1)中部，皮带盘(3)装在空心轴(7)左部，削梁架盘(4)接于空心轴(7)右部，削皮甘蔗排出孔(5)设在空心轴(7)左末端，转子盒装在皮带盘(3)左侧空心轴(7)外部，并接于机架(1)上部，削刀梁(8)接于架盘(4)之间，削皮刀(9)接于刀架(10)的顶端，甘蔗进入口(11)设在空心轴(7)右末端，架撑(12)装在机架(1)中间。刀架(10)与削刀梁(8)装接使用内外丝冒固定，实现甘蔗粗细削皮都有调整余地。将甘蔗从甘蔗进入口(11)喂入，经过削皮刀(9)锋口处，由电机(2)带动的皮带盘(3)、空心轴(7)、削刀梁(8)、削皮刀(9)旋转将甘蔗皮削掉，削皮的甘蔗从削皮甘蔗排出孔(5)排出。

1.甘蔗削皮机，其特征在于：电机(2)装于机架(1)中部，皮带盘(3)装在空心轴(7)左部，削梁架盘(4)接于空心轴(7)右部，削皮甘蔗排出孔(5)设在空心轴(7)左末端，转子盒装在皮带盘(3)右侧空心轴(7)外部，并接于机架(1)上部，削刀梁(8)接于架盘(4)之间，削皮刀(9)接于刀架(10)的顶端，甘蔗进入口(11)设在空心轴(7)右末端，架撑(12)装在机架(1)中间。
