现有技术中，如专利ZL200510074546.2公开了一种微波发热器，涉及一种微波间接加热的技术领域，本发明是设计一组件，一种吸收微波并产生热的微波加热体；用微波加热体作为各种加热设备及器具的加热源，通过微波直接加热微波加热体的微波发热层，再通过热传递来加热被加热的物质，包括那些能透过微波的物质和不吸收微波的物质等；微波发热层采用具有良好的耐热性和热稳定性的吸收微波产生热的材料，故可反复使用；可用于各种炊具加热、换热器等加热，各种压铸机、注塑机、换热器、熔炼炉以及加热锅加热等各种家用、工业及实验用加热设备及器具的加热领域。该发热器发热面积小，发热效果差。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、使用方便，且发热面积大，发热效果好的碳纤维发热器。

一种碳纤维发热器，包括发热管，所述发热管为U型形状，发热管的两端分别连接有第一连接头与第二连接头，第一连接头上设有第一发光体，第二连接头上设有第二发光体，发热管的两端设有第一发热丝与第二发热丝，第一发热丝为螺旋形状，第二发热丝为螺旋形状。
作为优选，所述第一发热丝与第二发热丝形状大小相同。
作为优选，所述第一发光体为贴片LED。
作为优选，所述第二发光体为贴片LED。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于所述发热管为U型形状，发热管的两端分别连接有第一连接头与第二连接头，第一连接头上设有第一发光体，第二连接头上设有第二发光体，发热管的两端设有第一发热丝与第二发热丝，第一发热丝为螺旋形状，第二发热丝为螺旋形状，所以通过发热管可以实现发热的功能，通过第一发热丝与第二发热丝可以进一步实现发热的功能，发热强度高，效果好，螺旋形状的第一发热丝与第二发热丝增加了发热面积，发热强度更高。由于所述第一发光体为贴片LED，所述第二发光体为贴片LED，所以贴片LED起到指示灯的作用。

如图1所示，一种碳纤维发热器，包括发热管1，发热管1为U型形状，发热管1的两端分别连接有第一连接头4与第二连接头5，第一连接头4上设有第一发光体6，第二连接头5上设有第二发光体7，发热管1的两端设有第一发热丝2与第二发热丝3，第一发热丝2为螺旋形状，第二发热丝3为螺旋形状，第一发热丝2与第二发热丝3形状大小相同，第一发光体6为贴片LED，第二发光体7为贴片LED。
本实用新型碳纤维发热器，通过发热管1可以实现发热的功能，通过第一发热丝2与第二发热丝3可以进一步实现发热的功能，发热强度高，效果好，螺旋形状的第一发热丝2与第二发热丝3增加了发热面积，发热强度更高，贴片LED起到指示灯的作用。
