本实用新型公开了一种移动式输电线路防外破远程纠察装置，该装置由前端状态监测装置(1)，智能信号处理单元(2)，太阳能电池单元(3)，网络传输模块(4)和集控中心服务器平台(5)构成；前端状态监测装置(1)内包含有一个激光防外破检测单元和声光报警单元，激光防外破检测单元由维护管理人员事先通过集控中心服务器平台(5)远程设置其检测周期，使其定期检测该杆塔与其相邻的前一杆塔之间直线方向上的受外力破坏动态情况，并及时将预警信息通过网络传输模块(4)传回主站的集控中心服务器平台(5)；声光报警单元可实现定时、定内容对外破隐患点进行广播宣传，报警与图像视频状态监测系统联动，双向语音等功能；本实用新型具有人力成本低，效率高，实时性好，全天候工作和便携式可移动性等特点，提供了一种低成本、高效灵活的防外力破坏远程纠察装置。
Description
技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种移动式输电线路防外破远程纠察装置，适用于电力输电线路的状态监测及防外力破坏场合。
背景技术：
随着我国电网建设的快速发展，电网的覆盖面越来越广、经过的地理、气象条件地区越来越复杂，输电线路是电网设施的重要组成部分，其可靠性及运行状况直接决定整个系统的稳定和安全，也决定了电力企业的经济效益。随着电网电压等级的提高和规模的扩大，电力系统的高压和超高压输电线路都是大跨距的输送，线路长，设计面广，沿途跨经高山、林区和农村居民区多，外部环境变化对线路的安全运行已构成某种潜在性威胁，包括在保护区内违章兴建建筑物、种植高竿植物、堆物、取土以及各种施工作业等；建筑物虽在保护区外，但对线路也构成潜在威胁等，如高层建筑抛物、塔吊，泵车等大型施工机械、车辆有可能侵入导线安全限距或破坏杆塔、基础等，也属于外部隐患；个别不法分子偷拆输电线路塔材、拉线，偷割导线、电缆等导致线路倒杆(塔)断线造成线路故障等等，外力破坏已成为影响输电线路安全运行的主要因素之一。由于输电线路的设计、施工、运行和维护需要耗费大量的人力物力，因此如何预防输电线路遭受外力破坏，保障输电线路的安全可靠运行成为输电线路维管工作的一项非常重要工作内容。
目前，在电力输电线路防外力破坏方面，维护人员主要靠设立警示牌，定期巡检或定期查看线路监控以排查故障。但由于外力破坏情况发生的随机性很强，只靠维修人员定期排查，不但耗费大量的人力，而且无法全天候监视，效率低，实时性差。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种移动式输电线路防外破远程纠察装置，该装置在现有的电力输电线路前端状态检测装置中加入了一个激光防外破检测单元和声光报警单元，有效克服了传统的输电线路防外力破坏警示装置无法全天候工作、人力成本高、效率低、实时性差等缺点，为电力输电线路正常安全运行提供了有效的保障。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是，
一种移动式输电线路防外破远程纠察装置，包括前端状态监测装置，智能信号处理单元，太阳能电池单元，网络传输模块和集控中心服务器平台；其中所述的前端状态监测装置中包含有视频监控模块，激光防外破检测单元，声光报警单元以及振动、气象、温度等各种传感 器；且所述的激光防外破检测单元，声光报警单元，视频监控模块及各种传感器分别通过线路与智能信号处理单元相连。
所述的声光报警单元内部包含高音喇叭和声光警笛模块，可采用语音广播方式定时、定内容对外破隐患点进行广播宣传，工作人员可在管理服务器上进行远程广播间隔时间设置、语音片段更新、参数设置、远程设备启动，远程音量调节等。
所述的声光报警单元可实现与图像视频状态监测系统的数据共享和联动，即在发现外力破坏情况并触发报警装置后，报警单元可同时触发启动图像视频状态监测系统对特定监控区域的非正常情况自动检测并完成司法取证记录。在远程维护管理过程中，后台集控中心可根据现场监控画面实现与现场视频同步的远程语音喊话功能，同时前端装置具备纠察过程记录回传功能，可将整个纠察过程中的现场语音、视频同步回传至远程工作中心，供管理人员评估工作效果。
所述的激光防外破检测单元随其他前端状态检测系统装置一起安装固定在电力输电线路杆塔上，激光防外破检测单元带有激光测距传感器，激光测距传感器可准确检测环境中存在的障碍物，其在工作过程中发射出的激光经被测物体的反射后又被传感器接收，同时记录激光往返的时间并计算光速和往返时间的乘积的一半，就可以判断出在所设定的检测方向上距检测装置多远距离处有被测物体，即外力破坏源或障碍物。
激光防外破检测单元在工作过程中，由维护管理人员事先通过集控中心管理服务器远程设置其检测周期，使其定期检测该杆塔与其相邻的前一杆塔之间直线方向上的受外力破坏动态情况；智能信息处理单元实时接收激光防外破检测单元输入的信息并进行分析处理，即根据激光防外破检测单元输入的检测装置与被测物体之间的距离信息，分析所监测的两杆塔之间直线方向上是否存在障碍物反射激光并被激光防外破检测单元接收，从而判断杆塔之间是否存在外力破坏现象，智能信息处理单元一旦分析发现所检测的两个杆塔之间存在外力破坏源，就触发声光报警器并通过网络将预警信息传回主站的集控中心服务器。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
1.本实用新型装有声光报警单元，其可采用语音广播方式定时、定内容对外破隐患点进行广播宣传，工作人员可在管理服务器上进行远程广播间隔时间设置、语音片段更新、参数设置、远程设备启动，远程音量调节等，可以全天候、灵活、有效的达到警示效果。
2.本实用新型具有声光报警与图像视频状态监测系统的数据共享和联动功能，在发现外力破坏情况触发报警装置后，报警单元可同时触发启动图像视频状态监测系统对特定监控区域的非正常情况自动检测并完成司法取证记录，灵活高效。
3.本实用新型具有双向语音功能，在远程维护管理过程中，后台集控中心可根据现场监控画面进行与现场视频同步的远程语音喊话，提醒警告危险操作，同时前端装置具备纠察过程记录回传功能，可将整个纠察过程中的现场语音、视频同步回传至远程工作中心，方便供管理人员评估工作效果。
4.本实用新型在电力输电线路前端状态检测装置中加入一个激光防外破检测单元，无需投入大量的人力就可对杆塔之间的电力输电线路的受外力破坏动态情况进行实时监测，并在发现受外力破坏异常情况时及时向集控中心发出预警，人力成本低，效率高，实时性好，而且可以全天候工作。
5，本实用新型提出的前端装置具备便携式和可移动的特点，便于在不同外破隐患点之间更换安装位置，提高设备使用率。

具体实施方式：
图1是电力输电线路状态监测系统的结构框图，该装置由前端状态监测装置(1)，智能信号处理单元(2)，太阳能电池单元(3)，网络传输模块(4)和集控中心服务器平台(5)构成。
太阳能电池单元(3)分别与前端状态监测装置(1)，智能信号处理单元(2)和网络传输模块(4)相连，负责为各模块单元提供电源供应；前端状态监测装置(1)负责采集气象，振动，倾角，防外破信息以及监控视频等各种前端监测数据；智能信号处理单元(2)接收前端状态监测装置(1)输入的信息并进行统计、分析、特征提取采样判决等处理，并将需要发送的数据进行压缩打包，通过网络传输模块(4)从以太网，3G移动通信、WiFi无线通信、WiMax无线通信和光通信等通信方式中选择其中一种将数据传回集控中心服务器平台(5)。
其中前端状态监测装置(1)内部包含有各种传感器，视频监控模块，声光报警单元以及激光防外破检测单元。
所述的声光报警单元采用语音广播方式定时、定内容对外破隐患点进行广播宣传，工作人员可通过集控中心服务器平台(5)进行远程广播间隔时间设置、语音片段更新、参数设置、远程设备启动，远程音量调节等；在发现外力破坏情况后可触发声光报警单元的报警装置，同时触发启动图像视频状态监测系统对特定监控区域的非正常情况自动检测并完成司法取证记录。
所述的激光防外破检测单元在工作过程中，由维护管理人员事先通过集控中心服务器平台(5)远程设置其检测周期，使其定期检测该杆塔与其相邻的前一杆塔之间直线方向上的受外力破坏动态情况，并将检测数据结果随其它状态信息一起输入智能信号处理单元(2)进行分析处理；智能信号处理单元(2)中的防外破信息分析处理模块接收激光防外破检测单元输入的检测装置与被测物体之间的距离信息，根据该输入信息分析所监测的两杆塔之间直线方向上是否存在障碍物反射激光并被激光防外破检测单元接收，从而判断杆塔之间是否存在外力破坏现象，一旦分析发现杆塔之间存在外力破坏现象，智能信号处理单元(2)就通过网络传输模块(4)将外力破坏预警信息传回主站的集控中心服务器平台(5)。
维护管理人员接收到外力破坏预警信息后，及时通过集控中心服务器平台(5)调用查看该区域的视频监控信息和其它状态监测信息，对于特定监控区域的非正常情况可根据现场监控画面利用远程实时喊话等功能进行远程告警，提醒警告危险操作，同时完成司法取证记录；对于遭受外力破坏严重需要维护人员进行现场维护维修的区域，则及时安排维修人员到遭受外力破坏的地方进行现场处理。
Claims (6)
1.一种移动式输电线路防外破远程纠察装置，其特征在于，由前端状态监测装置(1)，智能信号处理单元(2)，太阳能电池单元(3)，网络传输模块(4)和集控中心服务器平台(5)构成；太阳能电池单元(3)分别与前端状态监测装置(1)，智能信号处理单元(2)和网络传输模块(4)相连，负责为各模块单元提供电源供应；前端状态监测装置(1)负责采集气象，振动，倾角，防外破信息以及监控视频数据；智能信号处理单元(2)接收前端状态监测装置(1)输入的信息并进行统计、分析、特征提取采样判决处理，并将需要发送的数据进行压缩打包，通过网络传输模块(4)将数据传回集控中心服务器平台(5)其中前端状态监测装置(1)中包含有一个激光防外破检测单元和声光报警单元，智能信号处理单元(2)中包含有一个防外破信息分析处理模块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动式输电线路防外破远程纠察装置，其特征在于，前端状态监测装置(1)内装有声光报警单元可采用语音广播方式定时、定内容对外破隐患点进行广播宣传，工作人员可通过集控中心服务器平台(5)在管理服务器上进行远程广播间隔时间设置、语音片段更新、参数设置、远程设备启动，远程音量调节。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动式输电线路防外破远程纠察装置，其特征在于，该装置具有声光报警与图像视频状态监测系统的数据共享和联动功能，在发现外力破坏情况触发报警装置后，报警单元可同时触发启动图像视频状态监测系统对特定监控区域的非正常情况自动检测并完成司法取证记录。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动式输电线路防外破远程纠察装置，其特征在于，在远程维护管理过程中，后台集控中心服务器平台(5)可根据现场监控画面实现与现场视频同步的远程语音喊话功能，同时前端装置具备纠察过程记录回传功能，可将整个纠察过程中的现场语音、视频同步回传至远程工作中心，方便供管理人员评估工作效果。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动式输电线路防外破远程纠察装置，其特征在于，该防外破纠察装置的前端装置具备便携式和可移动的特点，便于在不同外破隐患点之间更换安装位置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动式输电线路防外破远程纠察装置，其特征在于，前端状态监测装置(1)中包含有一个激光防外破检测单元，其与智能信号处理单元(2)中的防外破信息分析处理模块相连，完成对输电线路外力破坏现象的检测预警。
