Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种可判断测量物的测厚装置,主要涉及了电池极片涂层厚度的测量领域。本实用新型主要是在测厚仪前端装设了色差光电传感器,用来判断涂层和基材,当涂层经过色差光电传感器时,通过测速仪和嵌入式系统处理,并触发测厚仪对涂层进行厚度。这样得到的数据值具有真实性和实时性,而非由计算机后期处理的数值。

本实用新型涉及线性测量装置领域,具体涉及一种测量电池极片涂层厚度的测量装置。
背景技术
现在对电池极片进行厚度测量,无论是射线或者激光式测量装置,都没有对电池极片涂层位置进行判断的装置。而是对整个极片包括基材进行测量。然后对测量值进行计算机数据处理,得出涂层的厚度。这样最后得出的数值是经过处理后的数据,并非真实的数值。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是:提供一种可以判断电池极片涂层与基材的测厚装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种可判断测量物的测厚装置,包括出料机构、测厚仪和收料机构,所述测厚仪前端装设有色差光电传感器和测速仪,所述色差光电传感器、测速仪和测厚仪均电连接嵌入式系统。
优选的,所述测厚仪为激光式测厚仪。
本实用新型在对电池极片进行厚度测量时,电池极片先经过色差光电传感器,由于电池极片的涂层和基材的颜色是不一致的,且有色差,通过光电传感器来判定电池极片是涂层还是基材;光电传感器和测厚仪之间的距离一定,电池极片的生产速度由测速仪测量,经过适当时间后,通过连接的嵌入式系统触发测厚仪来测量涂层的厚度。本实用新型的优点是能够真实的测量电池极片涂层的厚度,测量的数据不再是经过计算机处理后的数据,这样得出的数据具有真实性。

实施例:
如图1所示,电池极片7从出料机构1,经过激光式测厚仪6由收料机构2收料,激光式测厚仪6前端设置有色差光电传感器3和测速仪4,它们均电连接嵌入式系统5。电池极片7的基材72上涂有涂层71,当涂层71和基材72的交界处经过色差光电传感器3时,由于涂层71和基材72的颜色不同,具有色差,色差光电传感器3向嵌入式系统5传输信号,并且由测速仪4测量出电池极片7的速度v,因为色差光电传感器3与激光式测厚仪6之间有固定的距离D,所以在时间t=D/v后,由嵌入式系统5控制激光式测厚仪6工作开始对涂层71进行厚度测量。
本实用新型实施例利用涂层71与基材72之间的色差,在激光式测厚仪6前端增设一个色差光电传感器3,进行涂层71与基材72之间的判别,然后进行厚度测量,这样测量出来的数值具有真实性和实时性。

1.一种可判断测量物的测厚装置,包括出料机构(1)、测厚仪和收料机构(2),其特征在于:所述测厚仪前端装设有色差光电传感器(3)和测速仪(4),所述色差光电传感器(3)、测速仪(4)和测厚仪均电连接嵌入式系统(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可判断测量物的测厚装置,其特征在于:所述测厚仪为激光式测厚仪(6)。
