商用车车轮轮辐包括中心孔、螺栓孔和散热孔，其中一个散热孔上冲有充气口，充气口轴向铣出一个轮胎气门芯通槽，现有充气口为半圆孤形，由于半圆孤形充气口和轮胎气门芯通槽两者几何中心在加工过程中很难定位对正重合，大多数都会有偏离，轮胎气门芯通槽和半圆孤形充气口接触相交两侧的圆弧部分相对充气口几何中心而言，轮胎气门芯通槽两侧剩余材料不对称，产品视觉效果差，严重影响产品外观质量，产品用户反映强烈；另外，半圆孤形充气口空间狭小，充气操作不方便。

参见图1、图2所示，本实用新型所提供的商用车车轮轮辐，包括中心孔6、螺栓孔5和散热孔1，其中与轮胎气门芯配合的散热孔1上通过冲床加工一个充气口2，充气口2为带圆孤倒角的方形口，充气口2的底边为台阶式直边4，充气口轴向设有轮胎气门芯通槽3，轮胎气门芯通槽3和充气口2的接触相交部分为直线，扩大了充气操作空间，既方便轮胎气门芯充气，又明显提高产品视觉效果和外观质量。
