本实用新型涉及一种既能够有效地接收热辐射，又能够有效地对热空气进行导流的无烟空气炸锅专用热辐导流式食物熟化部件总成，包括空气炸篮和接油回流锅，所述空气炸篮环形壁上间距开有由上往下的多条贯通进气条形孔。优点：一是空气炸锅移动体中接油回流锅的底部中部弧形凸锥、锅壁的四周与锅底呈弧形造形的设计，既有效地提高了热空气的利用率，烹饪完成后形成的是冷凝水，又避免了油烟产生，实现了无烟烹饪的目的；二是空气炸篮环形壁上间距贯通进气条孔的设计，既既保证熟化所需的温度，又保证了熟化所需的压力。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种既能够有效地接收热辐射，又能够有效地对热空气进行导流的无烟空气炸锅专用热辐导流式食物熟化部件总成，属无烟空气炸锅部件总成制造领域。
背景技术
CN202312915U、名称“一种螺旋风的新型炸锅”，其包括：锅体、马达、风扇、发热管、炸篮和弧形反射面，在锅体的顶端装有马达，马达的下面连接有风扇，风扇的下面设有发热管，发热管的下面设有炸篮，锅体的底部设有弧形反射面。其不足之处：一是锅体底部的弧形反射面形成的漫反射，无法形成带压热气流，直接影响熟化效果；二是炸篮侧壁的透气孔使炸篮与锅体之间无法形成热空气导流，热效率利用率。
实用新型内容
设计目的：避免背景技术中的不足之处，设计一种既能够有效地接收热辐射，又能够有效地对热空气进行导流的无烟空气炸锅专用热辐导流式食物熟化部件总成。
设计方案：为了实现上述设计目的。1、空气炸篮环形壁上间距开有由上往下的多条贯通进气条孔的设计，是本实用新型的技术特征之一。这样做的目的在于：由于该条形孔由上往下贯通，当上部的热空气下压时，一部分热空气由空气炸篮壁进入空气炸篮底部且由空气炸篮底部的进气孔进入空气炸篮内对食物进行带压熟化，另一部分热空气由空气炸篮壁上的条形孔进入空气炸篮对食物进行熟化，从而既保证食物熟化所需的温度，又保证了食好熟化所需的压力。2、接油回流锅锅底中间凸起弧形锥的设计，是本实用新型的技术特征之二。这样做的目的在于：由于空气炸锅移动体中接油回流锅的底部中部为弧形凸锥、锅壁的四周呈弧形，当热风风叶将热空气下压作用食物后所产生的非纯净热空气在作用到弧形凸锥起时，被弧形凸锥起导流到锅壁的四周，而锅壁的四周由于呈弧形，因此非纯净热空气由锅壁四周翻到被加热食物的上方后再次被热风风叶下压的热空气下压，从而形成热空气围绕被熟化食物翻滚且不上窜的情形，不仅极大地加速了热空气的利用率，而且避免了热油脂空气的烟化，从而达到无烟烹饪肉类食物的目的。
技术方案：一种无烟空气炸锅专用热辐导流式食物熟化部件总成，包括空气炸篮和接油回流锅，所述空气炸篮环形壁上间距开有由上往下的多条贯通进气条形孔。
本实用新型与背景技术相比，一是空气炸锅移动体中接油回流锅的底部中部弧形凸锥、锅壁的四周与锅底呈弧形造形的设计，既有效地提高了热空气的利用率，烹饪完成后形成的是冷凝水，又避免了油烟产生，实现了无烟烹饪的目的；二是空气炸篮环形壁上间距贯通进气条孔的设计，既既保证熟化所需的温度，又保证了熟化所需的压力。

具体实施方式
实施例1：参照附图1和2。一种无烟空气炸锅专用热辐导流式食物熟化部件总成，包括空气炸篮1和接油回流锅4，所述空气炸篮1环形壁上间距开有由上往下的多条贯通进气条形孔2，其条形孔2的宽度是条形孔2长度的五分之一至十分之一的范围内根据接油回流锅4的大小而定。所述空气炸篮1篮底为密布的进气孔3。接油回流锅4锅底中间为凸起的弧形锥5，锅壁的深度大于空气炸篮1环形壁高度。空气炸篮1与接油回流锅4的装配系现有技术，在此不作叙述。
需要理解到的是：上述实施例虽然对本实用新型的设计思路作了比较详细的文字描述，但是这些文字描述，只是对本实用新型设计思路的简单文字描述，而不是对本实用新型设计思路的限制，任何不超出本实用新型设计思路的组合、增加或修改，均落入本实用新型的保护范围内。
Claims (3)
1.一种无烟空气炸锅专用热辐导流式食物熟化部件总成，包括空气炸篮（1）和接油回流锅（4），其特征是：所述空气炸篮（1）环形壁上间距开有由上往下的多条贯通进气条形孔（2）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无烟空气炸锅专用热辐导流式食物熟化部件总成，其特征是：所述空气炸篮（1）篮底为密布的进气孔（3）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无烟空气炸锅专用热辐导流式食物熟化部件总成，其特征是：接油回流锅（4）锅底中间为凸起的弧形锥（5），锅壁的深度大于空气炸篮（1）环形壁高度。
