本实用新型提供的是用于稠油加热设备。具体地说是油井加热蒸汽发生器。
背景技术
对于稠油油层采油来说,需要井下加热才能充分采油,而提高采油产量。为了对稠油进行采油,需要油井井下蒸汽加热器,才能实现油层的加热。
发明内容
为了实现油井油层蒸汽加热,本实用新型提供了油井加热蒸汽发生器。该蒸汽发生器通过在蒸汽发生器内设置喷水嘴、喷油嘴、和喷气嘴以及电子点火器。解决油井加热蒸汽产生的技术问题。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的方案是:在筒形的蒸汽发生器上部分别插入安装有水管、油管和气管,在水管前端设有喷水嘴,在油管前端设有喷油嘴,在气管前端设有喷气嘴,在喷油嘴前端装有点火器,点火器与点火线连接,在蒸汽发生器前端设有蒸汽出口。
积极效果,本实用新型具有燃料油燃烧充分,没有热能浪费和热效率高的优点。适宜作为油井加热的蒸汽发生器应用。

具体实施方式
据图所示,在筒形的蒸汽发生器1上部分别插入安装有水管2、油管3和气管4,在水管前端设有喷水嘴2.1,在油管前端设有喷油嘴3.1,在气管前端设有喷气嘴4.1,在喷油嘴前端装有点火器6,点火器与点火线5连接,在蒸汽发生器前端设有蒸汽出口7。
本实用新型的工作过程:
首先将蒸汽发生器设置在竖井或水平井内,水管、油管和气管分别与井上设置的水泵、油泵和气泵连接,点火线与脉冲电源连接。
先启动油泵使燃料油通过喷油嘴喷出,然后接通点火线,使点火器产生脉冲火花,点燃燃料油,而后,启动气泵,通过喷气嘴向蒸汽发生器内喷射空气,为燃料油助燃,继续燃烧产生火焰,当达到一定温度后,启动水泵,水流通过水管从喷水嘴呈雾状喷出,与燃焰热交换形成蒸汽,所产生的蒸汽通过蒸汽出口向井内扩散,加热油层。
特点:
1、由于本实用新型能够实现稠油油层加热,所以能够提高原油产量。
2、本实用新型占用空间小,加热效率高,油、气和水通过井上供给,便于控制。

1. 油井加热蒸汽发生器,其特征是:在筒形的蒸汽发生器(1)上部分别插入安装有水管(2)、油管(3)和气管(4),在水管前端设有喷水嘴(2.1),在油管前端设有喷油嘴(3.1),在气管前端设有喷气嘴(4.1),在喷油嘴前端装有点火器(6),点火器与点火线(5)连接,在蒸汽发生器前端设有蒸汽出口(7)。
