现有技术中，室外垃圾桶长期处于室外，在装垃圾袋时，垃圾袋容易歪，不易挂牢，且垃圾桶内的垃圾袋不易固定，易松动，这样在垃圾车收集处理的时，需要环卫员工去伸手掏，十分不卫生，当室外垃圾桶内的垃圾过多，且没有及时处理的时候，垃圾箱内容易滋生细菌病毒，不及时处理则造成病菌的传播。

本实用新型垃圾箱的收集桶分为外桶和内桶，外桶采用金属材料制成，内桶采用塑料材料制成，在倒垃圾的时候将内桶取出来，进行倾倒，十分方便，且在内桶的侧壁上设有夹子，这样垃圾袋装入垃圾箱后可以用夹子夹起来，这样防止垃圾袋松动。
