背景技术
目前，公知在操作室使用的垃圾箱，在箱体的内部设有垃圾桶，一般是通过垃圾箱的箱口，将垃圾扔到垃圾箱内的垃圾桶中的，为了使垃圾箱内的垃圾桶保持清洁，一般都是在垃圾桶内先套上一个塑料袋，但因为垃圾桶的高度低于垃圾箱的高度，所以常常会将垃圾扔到了垃圾箱内的垃圾桶外，想将塑料袋袋口套在垃圾箱的箱口上，又因无支撑点，而无法套上。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种构造简单，使用方便的垃圾袋固定卡环。
本实用新型解决其上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种垃圾袋固定卡环，其包括环体，其特征是：所述环体由内环和外环组成，内环上部外径小于外环内径1-8毫米，内环底部外径与外环外径相同。使用时将塑料袋穿过所述环体内环，把袋口翻到内环外，然后将外环卡在内环上即可。
