背景技术
在一些废铝灰熔炼企业中，由于收集来的废铝灰大都数大、小不一致，这样在进行熔炼过程中容易出现熔炼不均匀的现象，需要进行大、小分类筛选，这样对同样大小体积的废铝灰进行熔炼，现有技术在中存在废铝灰筛选困难，特别耗时耗力。

一种废铝灰震动筛，包括支架，其特征在于：所述支架上安装有料仓，所述料仓的前端设有加料口，所述料仓中间设有筛网层将料仓分割为上、下两筛腔，所述上筛腔侧壁上设有粗料出口、下筛腔的侧壁上设有细料出口，所述料仓的底部与支架连接的端部设有弹簧，所述料仓的底部固定安装有震动器，所述下筛腔的侧壁通过管道连通抽尘系统。
所述料仓的顶部设有检修口。
本实用新型在料仓内设有筛网层，将料仓分割为上、下两层，上筛腔侧壁上设有粗料出口，下筛腔的侧壁上设有细料出口，且在料仓的底部设有震动器，通过震动将料仓内的废铝灰筛选出来，且本实用新型在震动筛的侧壁上设有抽尘管道。
