本实用新型属于电声换能器技术领域,涉及一种压电陶瓷骨传导麦克风技术。
背景技术
压电陶瓷骨传导麦克风,是一种通过压电陶瓷正压电效应,将音频振动信号转换成电信号的换能器件。
传统的骨传导麦克风,一般是用电磁式换能方式,结构复杂,重量较重,同时存在电磁辐射,会产生电磁干扰,也会受电磁场的影响。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种压电陶瓷骨传导麦克风,具有结构简单、重量轻,无电磁辐射的优点。
本实用新型技术方案是:一种压电陶瓷骨传导麦克风,包括上盒壳体和下盒壳体,其特征是弹性金属片固定在下盒壳体上,一组压电陶瓷片附着于弹性金属片上形成振动片,用柔性印刷电路板及导线将压电陶瓷片正负极引出。
本实用新型具有结构简单、重量轻、无电磁辐射的优点;具有高抗噪声功能,适于在高噪声环境下使用;也可用于抗噪声通信器件中。

具体实施方式
如图1所示:一组压电陶瓷片1附着于弹性金属片2上形成振动片,在受到音频振动信号激励时,压电陶瓷片的两电极间会产生音频交变电压,用FPCB(柔性印刷电路板)3和导线6将压电陶瓷片正负极引出,将金属片固定在下盒壳体4上,再装上上盒壳体5即可。
使用时,将骨传导麦克风接触人的喉头骨,当人发出声音时,喉头骨的振动会激励振动片发生振动,振动引发的形变,使压电陶瓷片的两极之间产生电压。当形变按一定频率变化时,其产生的电压也按一定频率变化。从而将来自人体发出的音频振动信号转变为音频电信号,实现麦克风功能。其信号的转换不受背景噪声的影响,具有高抗噪声功能。

1.一种压电陶瓷骨传导麦克风,包括上盒壳体(5)和下盒壳体(4),其特征是弹性金属片(2)固定在下盒壳体(4)上,一组压电陶瓷片(1)附着于弹性金属片(2)上形成振动片,用柔性印刷电路板(3)及导线(6)将压电陶瓷片正负极引出。
