本实用新型涉及电子插针技术领域,具体涉及一种圆PIN针。
背景技术
电子插针是广泛应用于电子行业中实现电连接的连接器件,如用于各类PCB线路板、电脑连接器端子、汽车连接器端子、电视天线等。现有的开缝圆PIN针一般包括针体1,所述针体1大致呈空心圆柱状,在针体一端的内圆周面上设有4片均匀分布的弹片11,沿针体末端至针体中部开设有一轴向开缝12,轴向开缝12位于其中两个弹片之间,如附图1所示。这种圆PIN针由于插拔时4片弹片11的受力不一致而存在机械性能不稳定的缺陷。因此,必须对现有的圆PIN针进行改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺陷,提供一种圆PIN针,该圆PIN针在插拔时机械性能稳定。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种圆PIN针,其包括中空圆柱状的针体,所述针体一端的内圆周面上设正偶数个沿内圆周面均匀分布的弹片,所述针体至少设一对对称的轴向开缝,该对轴向开缝是以针体端部的圆周面的直径为起始端沿针体的轴向切开成型的。由于针体上设有成对的轴向开缝,在插拔时各个弹片的受力均匀,稳定性好。
具体地,该圆PIN针的针体内圆周面的弹片为4片,针体开设一对轴向开缝。
作为本实用新型的优选方案,在针体的外圆周面上设环形加强筋。
作为本实用新型的优选方案,所述环形加强筋位于轴向开缝的底部。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果在于:
1、本实用新型的圆PIN针在针体上开设了成对的轴向开缝,使得针体内的弹片在插拔时受力均匀,提高了圆PIN针的机械稳定性能。
2、本实用新型还在圆PIN针的针体外部的轴向开缝底部设环形加强筋,在插拔时针体开口张开的终点距离一致,进一步确保弹片的受力均匀,提高了圆PIN针的机械稳定性能。

具体实施方式
请参照图1和图2,本实用新型一种圆PIN针包括针体1,所述针体1大致呈空心圆柱状。针体1的一个开口端的内圆周面上设正偶数个沿内圆周面均匀排列的弹片11,所有弹片11的径向位置相同,如附图1所示,所述的弹片11可以是2片、4片或者更多,优选为4片弹片。在针体1上还设有一对轴向开缝12,该对轴向开缝是以针体开口端的圆周面的直径为起始端沿针体的轴向切开成型的,该对轴向开缝12的形状以针体中心轴对称。当使用该圆PIN针连接导线插拔时,导线由针体1的开口端插入,4片弹片12的受力均匀,针体开口端以该对轴向开缝12为分界线平均分为两瓣张开。当然,轴向开缝12还可以是两对、三对或者更多,只要满足以上对称关系即可。
作为本实用新型的优选方案,在针体1的外圆周面上设环形加强筋13。环形加强筋13的位置优选在轴向开缝12的底部,这样,针体1开口端在张开时的起点到终点的距离一样,该对轴向开缝12张开的程度也就一样,4片弹片的受力更加均匀。另外,当圆PIN针在使用时,该环形加强筋还可以将圆PIN针卡在外部部件上使圆PIN针不产生移动,有利于组装的进行以及确保连接的稳固。

1.一种圆PIN针,其包括中空圆柱状的针体,所述针体一端的内圆周面上设正偶数个沿内圆周面均匀分布的弹片,其特征在于:所述针体至少设一对对称的轴向开缝,该对轴向开缝是以针体端部的圆周面的直径为起始端沿针体的轴向切开成型的。
2.如权利要求1所述的圆PIN针,其特征在于:针体内圆周面的弹片为4片,针体开设一对轴向开缝。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的圆PIN针,其特征在于:在针体的外圆周面上设环形加强筋。
4.如权利要求3所述的圆PIN针,其特征在于:所述环形加强筋位于轴向开缝的底部。
