本实用新型涉及一种蝶阀,特别涉及一种法兰式蝶阀。
背景技术
由于现有蝶阀的启闭动作是依靠阀轴旋转带动阀瓣旋转90度来实现的,阀轴带动阀瓣顺时针转动实现蝶阀关闭,阀轴带动阀瓣逆时针转动实现蝶阀开启,而现有蝶阀的环状阀座采用斜面与阀瓣边缘的密封圈接触形成密封副,在蝶阀阀座与阀瓣接触的另一边流道受压时,密封圈变形量大,密封比压相应加大,造成蝶阀开启力矩加大,令蝶阀开启过程十分不便。其次,当蝶阀阀座与阀瓣接触的一边流道受压时,密封圈变形量减小,甚至可能减小到设计密封比压所需变形量,从而造成蝶阀阀瓣密封失效。为了解决上述问题,技术人员经过了大量努力,采用偏心等技术手段进行改进,加大对阀座和阀瓣接触密封处的力量,取得了密封性能方面一定的效果。但由于偏心技术产品的加工难度变大,生产工序复杂,进而导致生产成本居高不下,难以大量应用,并且没有从根本上解决蝶阀开启力矩和密封性能两者皆具的问题。因此,现有蝶阀存在缺陷,需要进行改进。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的上述不足之处,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种加工难度小、生产工序简单、生产成本低、解决开启力矩和密封性能之间存在的问题,并且适合于大规模生产的法兰式蝶阀。
为了达到上述之目的,本实用新型采用如下具体技术方案:法兰式蝶阀,包括阀体和阀瓣,阀体上设置有轴杆,阀瓣的上、下端分别设置在所述轴杆上,所述阀体具有进流口和出流口,所述阀瓣位于进流口和出流口之间的流道上,其特征在于所述阀瓣上设有环形槽,所述环形槽内装有密封圈。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点是:由于设有以上结构,该法兰式蝶阀在阀瓣外圈部位开有个环形槽,同时在环形槽内装有密封圈,解决了阀体与阀瓣密封性能,而且加工难度小、生产工序简单、生产成本低,提高了产品的使用寿命。
