本实用新型涉及一种吸氧型保质瓶盖。其特点是:包括可拆卸连接的上盖(1)和中空的瓶塞(4),在该上盖(1)内安装有脱氧剂(2),在瓶塞(4)内安装有防水透气膜(6)从而将脱氧剂(2)封闭在上盖(1)内;前述瓶塞(4)由瓶塞大段和瓶塞小段组成,在瓶塞小段外壁上开有至少一个环状的密封槽(5),在该密封槽(5)上套装有密封圈(3)。经过试用证明,采用本实用新型的吸氧型保质瓶盖后,其吸氧效果可达到使瓶内含氧量降至0.1%,从而可以在葡萄酒瓶、果酒瓶或其它需要防止氧化的化学制剂瓶上使用,起到有效的防止氧化作用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种吸氧型保质瓶盖。
背景技术
葡萄酒等低度果酒开封后的余酒很容易发生氧化而变质。为了延长保鲜期,通常采用抽真空或充入氮气等方法。但此类方法每开一次都得反复地操作,比较麻烦。如要充入氮气,作为家庭使用时也难以找到氮气瓶,所以都没有普遍得到应用。由于葡萄酒生产发展迅速,在国内也逐步引入到家庭中,因此如何防止氧化,延长酒类保质期的研究日趋重要。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种吸氧型保质瓶盖,能够将酒瓶内的氧气吸收掉从而防止酒类变质。
一种吸氧型保质瓶盖,其特别之处在于:包括可拆卸连接的上盖和中空的瓶塞,在该上盖内安装有脱氧剂,在瓶塞内安装有防水透气膜从而将脱氧剂封闭在上盖内。
其中瓶塞由瓶塞大段和瓶塞小段组成,在瓶塞小段外壁上开有至少一个环状的密封槽,在该密封槽上套装有密封圈。
其中密封槽的表面为圆锥状或者阶梯状。
其中在瓶塞小段外壁上开有两个环状的密封槽,在每个密封槽上均套装有密封圈。
其中防水透气膜采用膨体聚四氟乙烯微孔滤膜。
其中上盖和瓶塞之间通过卡口或螺纹方式连接。
其中在连接处安装有密封圈。
经过试用证明,采用本实用新型的吸氧型保质瓶盖后,其吸氧效果可达到使瓶内含氧量降至0.1%,从而可以在葡萄酒瓶、果酒瓶或其它需要防止氧化的化学制剂瓶上使用,起到有效的防止氧化作用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型是一种吸氧型保质瓶盖,包括可拆卸连接的上盖1和中空的瓶塞4,例如上盖1和瓶塞4之间通过卡口或螺纹方式连接,并且在连接处安装有密封圈3。在该上盖1内安装有脱氧剂2,在瓶塞4内安装有防水透气膜6从而将脱氧剂2封闭在上盖1内;前述瓶塞4由瓶塞大段和瓶塞小段组成,在瓶塞小段外壁上开有至少一个环状的密封槽5,在该密封槽5上套装有密封圈3。
其中防水透气膜6采用膨体聚四氟乙烯(e-PTFE)微孔滤膜。另外在瓶塞小段外壁上开有两个环状的密封槽5,在每个密封槽5上均套装有O型的密封圈3,密封槽5的表面为圆锥状或者阶梯状,并且从上到下由粗变细,从而便于拔出瓶塞4。
在本实用新型的一种吸氧型保质瓶盖中,如将脱氧剂单独放在独立的容器中还可以做成葡萄酒保鲜酒柜。
本实用新型的工作原理和使用方法是:
本实用新型可以作为酒瓶盖直接插入开瓶后的葡萄酒瓶口,每次饮用酒时拔出之后再插入,使用方法简单。由于每次开瓶都会渗入一部分新鲜空气,将原来无氧的瓶内空间变成有氧状态,此时置于瓶盖内的脱氧剂2重新再吸氧直至无氧状态,每开启一次,循环工作一次。
对本实用新型瓶盖有三个主要的要求,一是上盖1内要装入足够量的脱氧剂2,满足多次循环的需要;其次,在脱氧剂2和酒瓶内空间要加入一层防水透气膜6从而防止酒水进入但允许气体通过;再者,在瓶塞小段外壁上的两个密封圈3是可以上下移动的,关键在于密封槽5的直径上大下小,当将密封圈3塞入时,密封圈3处于密封槽5上部直径大处,可以使密封性良好;当需要拔出瓶塞4时,密封圈3自然下移进入密封槽5下部直径小处,使瓶塞4容易拔出。其目的是解决瓶内因吸氧造成负压,导致瓶塞4不易拔出的问题。

1.一种吸氧型保质瓶盖,其特征在于:包括可拆卸连接的上盖(1)和中空的瓶塞(4),在该上盖(1)内安装有脱氧剂(2),在瓶塞(4)内安装有防水透气膜(6)从而将脱氧剂(2)封闭在上盖(1)内。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种吸氧型保质瓶盖,其特征在于:其中瓶塞(4)由瓶塞大段和瓶塞小段组成,在瓶塞小段外壁上开有至少一个环状的密封槽(5),在该密封槽(5)上套装有密封圈(3)。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种吸氧型保质瓶盖,其特征在于:其中密封槽(5)的表面为圆锥状或者阶梯状。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种吸氧型保质瓶盖,其特征在于:其中在瓶塞小段外壁上开有两个环状的密封槽(5),在每个密封槽(5)上均套装有密封圈(3)。
5.如权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的一种吸氧型保质瓶盖,其特征在于:其中防水透气膜(6)采用膨体聚四氟乙烯微孔滤膜。
6.如权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的一种吸氧型保质瓶盖,其特征在于:其中上盖(1)和瓶塞(4)之间通过卡口或螺纹方式连接。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种吸氧型保质瓶盖,其特征在于:其中在连接处安装有密封圈(3)。
