目前，一些圆柱形锂电池封口机厂家使用的封口机上模为直筒状，封口后的电池头外径上端尺寸大，与现有的盖帽贴合不紧密，造成电池漏气、漏液，降低了电池的性能，而且有一定的安全隐患。
（三） 发明内容
本实用新型为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种设计合理，结构方便的锂电池封口机上模。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种锂电池封口机上模，包括设置于封口机上的上模，其特征是：所述上模内中心处设置有密封收口，密封收口纵向截面呈圆弧状倒角；所述上模下端为定位销，定位销嵌套到封口机的上套中。
本实用新型的有益效果是：该实用新型的锂电池封口机上模结构简单，上模上设置有倒角，形成了一定的锥度，具有收口尺寸的作用，能够增加了电池的气密性，从而增加了电池使用的安全性，适于广泛推广应用。

采用本实用新型的锂电池封口机上模，将封口机的上模1固定销3安装到上套中，装紧固定螺栓，启动封口机，放入未封口的电池，电池通过传送带送入封口机，完成封口。
