背景技术
目前，在国内、外排灌泵站中，使用的水阀普遍是一种悬启式止回阀，这种悬启式止回阀，存在阀门开启角度小，水头损失大和难以完全密封等缺陷。到目前为止，在市场上还尚未见到一种阀门开启角度大，水头损失小，既能够自动关闭，又能够完全密封的法兰联结式方型双侧开浮箱拍门阀。
湖南省邵阳市液压件厂宿舍22栋408号的张坚于2009年1月20日申请2009年11月4日公开的200920062984.0 “节能型预埋式双侧开浮箱拍门阀”，包括阀体、橡胶圈、拍门、直梁、后法兰和铰链，其特征在于：在阀体前端设有橡胶圈，在橡胶圈前面设有拍门，在阀体中部设有直梁，在阀体尾端设有后法兰，在阀体前端两边设有铰链，拍门安装在铰链上。将拍门做成双侧开浮箱式，将阀体做成长筒形并在尾端带有预埋式后法兰，将阀体前端两边的铰链和拍门竖向布置并分别向直梁中心倾斜1-25°。该成果没有确定阀体最佳旋转角度，橡胶圈的密封性能不强且使用寿命短；本实用新型将铰耳和半圆头轴销竖向布置，并向里倾斜3°，且使用水封，在阀体1两侧设有调节板5，调节板5能够调节浮箱门3与阀体1之间的密封缝隙，避免介质泄漏，使效果更好。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种的法兰联结式方型双侧开浮箱拍门阀。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：它包括阀体1、P型水封2、浮箱门3、U型水封4、调节板5、铰耳6、半圆头轴销7和旋臂8，在阀体1下方两端设有P型水封2，在阀体1两侧设有调节板5，调节板5通过铰耳6与旋臂8连接，铰耳6中设有半圆头轴销7，两个浮箱门3位于P型水封2下方且分别设置在两侧的旋臂8上，在右侧浮箱门3顶端设置有U型水封4。
本实用新型所述阀体1为矩形。
本实用新型还可在阀体1中间设置横杆，将浮箱门3做成两侧浮箱式。
本实用新型所述铰耳6和半圆头轴销7竖向布置，并向内倾斜3°。
本实用新型的有益效果是：开启角度大，水头损失小，既能够自动关闭，又能够完全密封。

实施例3，阀体1中间设置横杆，将浮箱门3做成两侧浮箱式。参阅图1至3，其余同上述实施例。
实施例4，本实用新型根据力学原理，将铰耳6和半圆头轴销7竖向布置，并向里倾斜3°，浮箱门3利用自重的水平分力作动力，达到开启角度大，水头损失小，既能够自动关闭，又能够完全密封的目的。参阅图1至3，其余同上述实施例。
实施例5，本实用新型采用水封，在阀体1左右两侧设有调节板5，调节板5能够调节浮箱门3与阀体1之间的密封缝隙，避免介质泄漏。参阅图1至图3，其余同实施例1。
实施例6，本实用新型所述铰链包括铰耳、销轴和垫片，铰耳中设有销轴，销轴一端设置成半圆头形，半圆头端上面设置有垫片；也可在铰耳与销轴之间设置有衬套。它通过将轴销一端设置成半圆头形，根据力学原理，将半圆头端设置在受力端，可起支撑作用，设置成倾斜一定角度的情况时，可减少摩擦力，使浮箱门依靠自身重力的水平分力达到关闭与开启的目的。它主要是用于开浮箱拍门阀的浮箱门连接。参阅图1至3，其余同上述实施例。

1.一种法兰联结式方型双侧开浮箱拍门阀，它包括阀体（1）、浮箱门（3）和铰耳，其特征是：在阀体（1）两侧设有调节板（5），调节板（5）通过铰耳（6）与旋臂（8）连接，铰耳（6）中设有半圆头轴销（7），两个浮箱门（3）位于P型水封（2）下方且分别设置在两侧的旋臂（8）上，在阀体（1）下方两端设有P型水封（2），在右侧浮箱门（3）顶端设置有U型水封（4）。
