Abstract
一种新型风车,从中心到外围之间设有若干加固圈。加固圈上设有若干副叶片。加固圈上设有环轨,环轨扣在支撑轮上。通过本实用新型技术能够理想地扩展叶片和增加叶片数。此种风车的支撑部位设置在中心与外围之间的一加固圈上,此处所产生的扭力较小。通过加固圈加强叶轮结构,可增加和加大叶片扩展受风面,从而实现高效转化风能,由于支撑部位所产生的扭力较小对材质的强度要求低,制造成本低,适宜推广。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种能够高效转化风能的机械,确切地说是一种新型风车。
背景技术:
目前现有转化风能的风车还是原始型的,此种风车是叶片由中心部向外直伸式的。此种风车存在的缺陷是:1、由于叶片根部所产生的扭力较大,导致叶片的扩展加大受限,从而影响到风车的受风面,受风面小所转化地能量少。2、此种风车对材质的强度要求高,制造成本大。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是针对现有风车存在的缺陷,提供一种经济高效的新型风车。一种新型风车,其包括主叶片、架体,其特征在于还包括环轨、副叶片、加固圈、支撑轮。
本发明从中心到外围之间设有若干加固圈。加固圈上设有若干副叶片。加固圈上设有环轨,环轨卡在支撑轮上。通过本发明技术能够理想的扩展叶片和增加叶片数。此种风车的支撑部位设置在中心与外围之间的一加固圈上,此处所产生的扭力较小。中心与外围之间有若干连接叶片的加固圈加固风车。本发明通过加固圈加强叶轮结构,可增加和加大叶片扩展受风面,从而实现高效转化风能;由于支撑部位所产生的扭力较小对材质的强度要求低,制造成本低,适宜推广。

具体实施例:
本发明设有若干主叶片,主叶片由中心部向外围直伸;在叶轮中心与外围之间设有若干连接主叶片的加固圈;加固圈上设有副叶片;在一加固圈上设有环轨;环轨卡在设有槽的支撑轮槽内。

1.一种新型风车,其包括主叶片、架体,其特征在于还包括环轨、副叶片、加固圈、支撑轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型风车,其特征在于,从中心到外围之间设有加固圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型风车,其特征在于加固圈上设有副叶片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型风车,其特征在于加固圈处设有支撑轮。
