本实用新型涉及一种风力发电机组支撑结构。现有陆上风电机组的支撑结构主要为钢制圆锥筒式塔架,分段制造后运输至风场,与预埋于基础的基础环进行连接安装。一般道路限高4.5米,但市场上的5MW机组底部直径已经做到了6米,随着风电行业的发展,轮毂中心高越来越高,塔架直径也越来越大,尤其是塔架下部直径,对塔架的运输和制造都造成很大的困难。本实用新型提供了一种大容量风力发电机组支撑结构,该风力发电机组支撑结构分为两部分,上部使用传统的钢制圆锥筒式塔架,下部使用其它可支撑结构。对于大容量的风力发电机组和超高塔架的设计及安装提供了解决方案,同时在一定程度上提高了风力发电机组支撑结构的经济性。

本实用新型涉及一种风力发电机组支撑结构。
背景技术:
风力发电机组的支撑结构主要承载风力发电机组的重力载荷和从风轮传递过来的空气动力载荷。
现有陆上风电机组的支撑结构主要由钢制圆锥筒式塔架和预埋于基础的基础环连接构成,基础环和基础是在安装地点浇注完成,圆锥筒式塔架由于制造和运输的限制,通常分为几段,由塔筒厂制造后运输至风力发电机组安装地点,通过螺栓进行连接安装。
一般道路限高4.5米,目前风力发电机组的塔架直径一般为4.2米,但市场上的5MW机组底部直径已经做到了6米,在运输和制造上都造成很大的困难,同样成本也有很大增加。并且随着风力发电机组单机容量和风轮直径的进一步增大,塔架载荷急剧增加,塔架越来越高,对于风剪切比较大的地方,风资源开发也向更高处发展,轮毂中心高也越来越高,塔架直径也越来越大,尤其是塔架下部直径,但受到螺栓连接和运输道路的限制,塔架直径不可能无限制增大,因此钢制圆锥筒式塔架解决更高的、更大容量的风力发电机组支撑结构时具有无法解决的局限性。
发明内容:
为解决现有钢制圆锥筒式塔架因大容量和超高塔架引起的设计和运输受限制的情况,本实用新型提供了一种大容量风力发电机组支撑结构,该风力发电机组支撑结构分为两部分,上部采用传统的钢制圆锥筒式塔架,下部采用其它可支撑结构,两部分结构连接在一起形成风力发电机组的支撑结构。
所述其它可支撑结构可以为导管架结构、混凝土结构、桁架式结构。
本实用新型所述的一种大容量风力发电机组支撑结构,可以满足不同容量和任意高度的风力发电机组的塔架设计,对于大容量的风力发电机组和超高塔架的设计及安装提供了解决方案,同时在一定程度上提高了风力发电机组支撑结构的经济性。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大容量风力发电机组支撑结构,其特征在于:所述其它可支撑结构可以为导管架结构、混凝土结构、桁架式结构。
