背景技术:
现有推拉门窗是上入扇结构,其上滑的轨扇套合量=上滑导轨高度÷2,其上滑底与扇框和导滑槽与上导轨端面的两个入扇剩余空隙量=上滑导轨高度÷2,而空隙量越大进漏气越大防水越差,而且导轨越高其端部抗风压力越弱,受以上约束、现有上滑中的导轨与内外挡的高度较低在24mm以上30mm以下、上下轨扇套合量只有12-15mm;造成:轨扇套合量很小甚至架空、易脱轨掉扇不安全;低外挡防风不止防冲扫水很差;套合量小密封条密合面积不足、产生压空透光点、进漏气严重隔音不良。 
实用新型内容:
为了解决现有推拉门窗下滑存在的上述不足,本实用新型在于提供一种推拉门窗用的高导轨上滑,它是本发明人基于现有技术,并通过在扇框和上滑上安装可调导滑密封组件,解决导轨增高后抗风压力与门窗防水密封性能会跟随下降的问题上提出的技术方案(有关可调导滑密封组件的技术方案在本案提交专利申请时,已另案提交申请,故在此不赘述其方案内容),与现有技术相比,上滑中各导轨等高且高度大于32mm小于60mm,各导轨轨面皆为加力圆形,设置有密封件卡坎的特征。 
其技术方案如下; 
一种推拉门窗用的高导轨上滑,是一种用金属或塑料制成的型材,其上部设置有顶板,顶板下表面连接有主导轨以及分布在主导轨两侧的副导轨,顶板上表面设置有连接螺钉槽和支撑体;所述主导轨和副导轨水平等高且轨高大于32mm小于60mm,各导轨轨面皆为加力圆形;所述导轨上设置有密封件卡坎或固定孔,所述密封件卡坎设置在副导轨内侧的上部,向内凸起,而密封件固定孔设置在主导轨的上部,二者的作用是用来安装密封件,密封件的作用是填充扇框下端面与上滑间的间隙。 
本实用新型的有益效果是: 
由于推拉门窗用的高导轨上滑的主、副导轨水平等高且轨高在大于32mm小于60mm,各导轨轨面皆为加力圆形,副导轨上设置有密封件卡坎用来套夹密封件,所以用其制造的门窗框架具有轨扇套合量大,防止脱轨掉扇;高外副导轨挡护密封位置不受强风高压水冲扫、防止冲扫水入室;大套合量使密封条有充足的密合面积、没有压空透光点、防进漏气防噪音性能好。以上有益效果解决了现有推拉门窗因上滑的导轨低存在易脱轨掉扇、防水差、防进漏气防噪音差的问题。
