本实用新型涉及一种研磨液晶玻璃基板的研磨机。
背景技术
液晶玻璃基板生产过程中，有一道非常重要的加工工序就是研磨工序。研磨过程中需要使用大量的高压冷却水。冷却水在高速旋转的研磨轮的带动下会发生雾化。如图1所示，当前业内研磨机1顶部敞开着，大量的水汽2会漫步整个洁净间。
产生的问题：根据液晶玻璃基板生产工艺特点对环境温湿度要求非常苛刻。尤其是湿度，超过一定限度不但影响产品品质，而且因为湿度过大，大量的设备主体生锈及电气元件进水损坏，对工艺设备稳定影响极大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够有效减小研磨机湿度、保证其他工艺设备安全运行的研磨机。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种减小湿度的研磨机，它包括研磨机，研磨机顶部设置密封板，且研磨机顶部连接排汽管，排汽管通向室外。
在排汽管的中部设置抽气风机。
所述的密封板为亚格力板。
采用上述技术方案的本实用新型，由于将研磨机产生的大量水汽通过排汽管抽到室外，有效降低了研磨区洁净间的湿度。其次，由于湿度的降低，有效解决设备生锈的问题，大幅度提高设备及电器元件使用寿命，同时也确保了液晶玻璃基板的产品品质。

具体实施方式
如图2所示，一种减小湿度的研磨机，它包括研磨机1，研磨机1顶部设置密封板3，密封板3以透明的亚格力板为最佳实施方式。而且，对应研磨机的研磨工位，即水汽最大的区域开两个排气孔，排气孔上面连接排汽管4，研磨机产生的大量水汽2通过排汽管4通向室外，这样大量的水汽被有效抽到室外。
为加大抽水汽力度，在排汽管4的中部设置抽气风机5。

1.一种减小湿度的研磨机，它包括研磨机（1），其特征在于：研磨机（1）顶部设置密封板（3），且研磨机（1）顶部连接排汽管（4），排汽管（4）通向室外。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减小湿度的研磨机，其特征在于：在排汽管（4）的中部设置抽气风机（5）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的减小湿度的研磨机，其特征在于：所述的密封板（3）为亚格力板。
