背景技术
传统的绝缘耐高温发热电缆尾端结构连接方式采用的是纯手工连接,存在工艺繁琐,工作效率不高,安全性能较低等缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题:针对现有发热电缆尾端采用的是纯手工连接存在工艺繁琐,工作效率不高,安全性能较低等问题,提供了一种能大大提高工作效率且节省焊接材料的双导发热电缆尾端焊接装置。
本实用新型技术方案:
一种金属丝焊接装置包括发热体和电源,发热体上开设有金属丝进料孔和焊料进料孔,两者相交。
金属丝进料孔和焊料进料孔相互垂直,相交于发热体中部,且不贯穿发热体。
发热体两侧通过导电夹具夹持。
导电夹具两端接通电源。
发热体由带有电阻性能的金属或非金属材料制作。
本实用新型有益效果:
本设备的焊接是利用接触发热式中心打孔的发热体发热,进而将孔中钎料融化实现两根金属丝的连接,保证焊料融化并包裹芯线,与现有人工焊接相比,本实用新型采用深熔钎焊方式,其工艺简单,操作方便,不仅提高焊接工作效率,而且能确保焊接接头质量,同时降低工人劳动强度。

具体实施方式:
如图所示,发热体1上开设有金属丝进料孔2和焊料进料孔3,两者相互垂直,相交于发热体1中部,且不贯穿发热体1。发热体1两侧各有一个导电夹具4将发热体1夹持住,在每个导电夹具4两端接上0~220V电压的电源。发热体1由带有电阻性能的金属或非金属材料制作,如铁芯或碳棒等。
具体的焊接过程:将两根沾上焊剂的芯线由金属丝进料孔2伸入发热体1中,同时把焊料由焊料进料孔3放在芯线上,通电加热发热体1,待焊料融化并包裹芯线时,停止加热,取出已连接好的材料即可。

1.一种金属丝焊接装置包括发热体(1)和电源,其特征在于:发热体(1)上开设有金属丝进料孔(2)和焊料进料孔(3),两者相交。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属丝焊接装置,其特征在于:金属丝进料孔(2)和焊料进料孔(3)相互垂直,相交于发热体(1)中部,且不贯穿发热体(1)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的金属丝焊接装置,其特征在于:发热体(1)两侧通过导电夹具(4)夹持。
4.根据权利要求3所述的金属丝焊接装置,其特征在于:导电夹具(4)两端接通电源。
5.根据权利要求1-4所述的任一金属丝焊接装置,其特征在于:发热体(1)由带有电阻性能的金属或非金属材料制作。
