Abstract

本实用新型公开一种防火电池,包括电池本体,电池本体的表面包覆有陶瓷化硅橡胶防火层。本实用新型防火电池的陶瓷化硅橡胶防火层具有橡胶的弹性性质,在电池发生碰撞时会因陶瓷化硅橡胶防火层的弹性力作用而对电池起到保护作用,能够避免电池在运输途中发生碰撞受损等现象;另外,在外界发生火灾时,陶瓷化硅橡胶防火层由于具有阻燃耐火性能而将火源阻挡在电池本体外,即使外界火焰超过陶瓷化硅橡胶防火层的耐火温度,陶瓷化硅橡胶防火层也将烧蚀形成一陶瓷保护壳,该陶瓷保护壳能够隔热并且阻止火焰进一步向电池本体延伸,能够避免因电池本体着火爆炸而导致火灾的扩散,从而保障人们的生命财产安全。

本实用新型涉及一种电池,尤其涉及一种防火电池。
背景技术
锂电池(Lithium battery)是指电化学体系中含有锂(包括金属锂、锂合金和锂离子、锂聚合物)的电池。锂电池大致可分为两类:锂金属电池和锂离子电池。锂离子电池不含有金属态的锂,并且是可以充电的。锂电池因储能高、充放电方便而在电动汽车、手机电池等产品中广泛应用。
然而,锂电池在运输途中可能会发生碰撞受损等现象,外界发生火灾发生时亦有可能蔓延至锂电池而导致锂电池爆炸。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够防火的锂电池。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所提供防火电池,包括电池本体,电池本体的表面包覆有陶瓷化硅橡胶防火层。
如上所述,本实用新型防火电池的陶瓷化硅橡胶防火层具有橡胶的弹性性质,在电池发生碰撞时会因陶瓷化硅橡胶防火层的弹性力作用而对电池起到保护作用,能够避免电池在运输途中发生碰撞受损等现象;另外,在外界发生火灾时,陶瓷化硅橡胶防火层由于具有阻燃耐火性能而将火源阻挡在电池本体外,即使外界火焰超过陶瓷化硅橡胶防火层的耐火温度,陶瓷化硅橡胶防火层也将烧蚀形成一陶瓷保护壳,该陶瓷保护壳能够隔热并且阻止火焰进一步向电池本体延伸,能够避免因电池本体着火爆炸而导致火灾的扩散,从而保障人们的生命财产安全。

本实用新型中的电池本体10的结构形状并不局限于附图,还可以为椭圆体状等。
本实用新型中所述的电池可以为锂电池或镍锌电池,相应地,电池本体为锂电池本体或镍锌电池本体。
本实用新型并不局限于上述具体实施方式,熟悉本技术领域的人员还可据此做出多种变化,但任何与本实用新型等同或相类似的变化都应涵盖在本实用新型权利要求的范围内。
