超高压隔离开关、接地开关用于超高压电力系统的电力输送，分为单相操作(每相开关配有一台操动机构)和三相联动(三相开关配有一台操动机构)操作两种形式，当采用三相联动操作时，要求开关的三相具有良好的同期性和运行的稳定性和可靠性，目前的产品存在着动作传动不准确、传动运行不平稳、三相分合闸同期性和抗腐蚀能力差的缺点。

如图1所示，该超高压三相机械联动装置包括齿轮机构1、连接器2、补偿杆3、传动轴4和保护罩5，齿轮机构通过连接器2、补偿杆3与传动轴4相连接，采用齿轮机构1、传动轴4和连接器2以保证动作传动准确和三相分合闸同期性，在传动轴装配中设置有补偿杆3以满足产品零部件的制造和装配公差要求。
