Abstract

一种组合式发光二极管灯泡,包括一座体、一可拆卸地设置于该座体一端的光源模块、一可拆卸地盖合于该座体与该光源模块同一端的透光罩体以及一可拆卸地连接于该座体另一端的连接头,通过各元件之间模块化的设计,以达到精简元件、减少工序、提高成灯的产能与良率、降低成本、减少人工费用的目的,并使其可同时适用于手动生产线及自动化生产线。

技术领域
本实用新型是有关于一种发光二极管灯泡,特别是有关一种组合式发光二极管灯泡。 
背景技术
目前发光二极管照明行业里面发光二极管灯主要是包括灯体、灯罩、光源构件以及灯头,各个元件之间以目前的组装方式而言,过于复杂,不但费工时,耗费大量时间、金钱,且因组装多任务序,良率不易提高,更不适用于自动化,无化满足大批量生产。 
有鉴于此,本创作人乃潜心研思、设计组制,期能提供一种组装式的发光二极管灯泡,以达到成灯快速高效精确组装的目的,为本实用新型所欲研创的创作动机。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的,在于提供一种模块化且可快速组装的发光二极管灯泡。 
为达上述目的,本实用新型的组合式发光二极管灯泡,包括一座体,一端具有一第一连接面,相对应的另一端具有一第二连接面,其中,该第一连接面具有一第一模块结合部及一沿该第一连接面边缘而设置的第一罩体结合部,该第二连接面具有一第一接头结合部;一光源模块,可拆卸地设置于该第一连接面,包括一电控基板、多个发光二极管、二导电接脚以及一第二模块结合部,其中,所述发光二极管是耦接于该电控基板的一面,所述导电接脚耦接于该电控基板的另一面,该第二模块结合部设置于该电控基板,且该第二模块结合部是可拆卸地结合于该第一模块结合部,所述导电接脚是穿过该座体并延伸至该第二连接面;一透光罩体,可拆卸地盖合于该座体的第一连接面,并封罩该光源模块于透光罩体内,具有一 开口及一沿该开口设置的第二罩体结合部,该第二罩体结合部是可拆卸地结合于该第一罩体结合部;以及一连接头,可拆卸地连接于该第二连接面,并具有一导电件与所述导电接脚电性连接以及一第二接头结合部,该第二接头结合部是可拆卸地结合于该第一接头结合部。 
承上所述的组合式发光二极管灯泡,其中,该第一模块结合部是为卡钩,该第二模块结合部是为卡槽。 
承上所述的组合式发光二极管灯泡,其中,该第一罩体结合部是为卡槽,该第二罩体结合部是为卡钩。 
承上所述的组合式发光二极管灯泡,该第一接头结合部是为卡槽,该第二接头结合部是为卡钩。 
承上所述的组合式发光二极管灯泡,其中,该透光罩体是为一透明灯罩。 
承上所述的组合式发光二极管灯泡,其中,该导电件是为一配合该连接头外型并套设于该连接头的导电罩。 
承上所述的组合式发光二极管灯泡,其中,该导电件具有螺纹。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:其是一种可快速组装的发光二极管灯泡。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,如图所示,于本实施例中,本实用新型的组合式发光二极管灯泡包括一座体10,一端具有一第一连接面100,相对应的另一端具有一第二连接面101,其中,该第一连接面100具有一第一模块结合部102及一沿该第一连接面100边缘而设置的第一罩体结合部103,该第二连接面101具有一第一接头结合部104;一光源模块20,可拆卸地设 置于该第一连接面100,包括一电控基板200、多个发光二极管201、二导电接脚202以及一第二模块结合部203,其中,所述发光二极管201是耦接于该电控基板200的一面,所述导电接脚202耦接于该电控基板200的另一面,该第二模块结合部203设置于该电控基板200边缘,且该第二模块结合部203是可拆卸地结合于该第一模块结合部102,于本实施例中,该第一模块结合部102是为卡钩,该第二模块结合部203是为卡槽,所述导电接脚202于光源模块20与座体10结合后是穿过该座体10并延伸至该第二连接面101;一透光罩体30,可拆卸地盖合于该座体10的第一连接面100,并封罩该光源模块20于透光罩体30内,具有一开口300及一沿该开口设置的第二罩体结合部301,该第二罩体结合部301是可拆卸地结合于该第一罩体结合部103,于本实施例中,该第一罩体结合部103是为卡槽,该第二罩体结合部301是为卡钩,该透光罩体30是为一透明灯罩;以及一连接头40,可拆卸地连接于该第二连接面101,并具有一导电件400与所述导电接脚202电性连接以及一第二接头结合部401,该第二接头结合部401是可拆卸地结合于该第一接头结合部104,于本实施例中,该第一接头结合部104是为卡槽,该第二接头结合部401是为卡钩,该导电件400是为一配合该连接头40外型并套设于该连接头40的导电罩且具有螺纹。 
如上所述的组合式发光二极管灯泡,通过各构件间模块化的组装方式后,仅需三个步骤即可成灯,即步骤1:座体10通过卡合方式接合光源模块20;步骤2:座体10通过卡合方式接合透光罩体30;步骤3:座体10通过卡合方式接合连接头40并同时使其导电件400与光源模块20的导电接脚202电性连接,通过各元件之间模块化的设计,以达到精简元件、减少工序、提高成灯的产能与良率、降低成本、减少人工费用的目的,并使其可同时适用于手动生产线及自动化生产线,故本实用新型实已改善已知技术的缺点。

Claims (7)

1.一种组合式发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于,包括: 
一座体,一端具有一第一连接面,相对应的另一端具有一第二连接面,其中,该第一连接面具有一第一模块结合部及一沿该第一连接面边缘而设置的第一罩体结合部,该第二连接面具有一第一接头结合部; 
一光源模块,可拆卸地设置于该第一连接面,包括一电控基板、多个发光二极管、二导电接脚以及一第二模块结合部,其中,所述发光二极管耦接于该电控基板的一面,所述导电接脚耦接于该电控基板的另一面,该第二模块结合部设置于该电控基板,且该第二模块结合部可拆卸地结合于该第一模块结合部,所述导电接脚穿过该座体并延伸至该第二连接面; 
一透光罩体,可拆卸地盖合于该座体的第一连接面,并封罩该光源模块于透光罩体内,具有一开口及一沿该开口设置的第二罩体结合部,该第二罩体结合部可拆卸地结合于该第一罩体结合部;以及 
一连接头,可拆卸地连接于该第二连接面,并具有一导电件与所述导电接脚电性连接以及一第二接头结合部,该第二接头结合部可拆卸地结合于该第一接头结合部。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合式发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于,其中,该第一模块结合部为卡钩,该第二模块结合部为卡槽。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合式发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于,其中,该第一罩体结合部为卡槽,该第二罩体结合部为卡钩。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合式发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于,其中,该第一接头结合部为卡槽,该第二接头结合部为卡钩。 
5.根据权利要求1所述的组合式发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于,其中,该透光罩体为一透明灯罩。 
6.根据权利要求1所述的组合式发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于,其中,该导电件为一配合该连接头外型并套设于该连接头的导电罩。 
7.根据权利要求6所述的组合式发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于,其中,该导电件具有螺纹。
