本实用新型公开一种简易电动葫芦排绳器，包括圆环形盘体（1），盘体（1）均分为五段，其截面呈L型，每段均有径向固定孔（3），盘体（1）沿周向开有矩形排绳口（2）。排绳口（2）长度小于盘体（1）周长的1/5，宽度小于盘体（1）宽度的1/2。本实用新型简单实用，根据排绳器排绳原理以最简便的形式实现排绳功能，适合无备件时应急使用。

本实用新型涉及到电动葫芦，特别是电动葫芦的排绳器。
背景技术
精煤储装运输系统快装站在使用平车器过程中，由于拉动平车器的电动葫芦的排绳器断裂，不能发挥正常的排绳作用，导致不能自动快速平车皮，从而影响了精煤的快速装车，降低了工作效率。因为不能购到原型号的排绳器，所以无备件更换，而原排绳器也不能修复，为此必须自行设计一个简易实用的排绳器。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一个简易的电动葫芦排绳器，能够在电动葫芦上顺利排绳。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种简易电动葫芦排绳器，包括圆环形盘体，盘体均分为五段，其截面呈L型，每段均有径向固定孔，盘体沿周向开有矩形排绳口。排绳口长度小于盘体周长的1/5，宽度小于盘体宽度的1/2。
由于是L型截面，易于加工，盘体整体加工完成后，再开矩形排绳口。
本实用新型简单实用，根据排绳器排绳原理以最简便的形式实现排绳功能，适合无备件时应急使用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种简易电动葫芦排绳器，包括圆环形盘体1，盘体1均分为五段，其截面呈L型，每段均有径向固定孔3，盘体1沿周向开有矩形排绳口2。排绳口长2度小于盘体周长的1/5，宽度小于盘体宽度的1/2。

1.一种简易电动葫芦排绳器，其特征在于：包括圆环形盘体（1），盘体（1）均分为五段，其截面呈L型，每段均有径向固定孔（3），盘体（1）沿周向开有矩形排绳口（2）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易电动葫芦排绳器，其特征在于：排绳口（2）长度小于盘体（1）周长的1/5，宽度小于盘体（1）宽度的1/2。
