Abstract

一种鲜切菜周转箱，涉及一种食品包装容器。该周转箱采用的聚丙烯（PP）材质，周转箱为分体组合方形结构，侧板为开放U形结构，外壳内设置若干层鲜切菜架，每层鲜切菜架采用嵌入式卡合，鲜切菜架下边缘设置卡槽，鲜切菜架上设置调料盒和鲜切菜盒，调料盒和鲜切菜盒采用隔板分割，底层鲜切菜架下方设置支腿；外壳上方设置上盖，采用扣合卡扣方式连接，外壳上部两侧设置手提带。本实用新型采用PP材质制作，PP化学性质稳定，无毒害强度大，耐腐蚀可循环使用。该周转箱分为四层，每层为一道菜，其中两层为荤菜，两层为素菜，且每层都配有调料盒，顾客购买后仅用食用油烹制即可使用，节省了顾客的时间。

目前超市、蔬菜专卖店里销售的多数为净菜、蔬菜半成品，没有鲜切菜系列，使用低价的聚丙乙烯（PS）制品包装，然后是使用一次性塑料袋包装携带，劣质的PS制品会多人体造成危害，大量的使用上述包装品造成资源浪费和污染环境。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种鲜切菜周转箱，以解决现有技术使用低价的聚丙乙烯（PS）制品包装，然后是使用一次性塑料袋包装携带，劣质的PS制品会多人体造成危害，大量的使用上述包装品造成资源浪费和污染环境等问题。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用技术方案是该周转箱采用的聚丙烯（PP）材质，周转箱为分体组合方形结构，侧板为开放U形结构，外壳内设置若干层鲜切菜架，每层鲜切菜架采用嵌入式卡合，鲜切菜架下边缘设置卡槽，鲜切菜架上设置调料盒和鲜切菜盒，调料盒和鲜切菜盒采用隔板分割，底层鲜切菜架下方设置支腿；外壳上方设置上盖，采用扣合卡扣方式连接，外壳上部两侧设置手提带。 
采用本实用新型积极效果是周转箱采用PP材质制作，PP化学性质稳定，无毒害强度大，耐腐蚀可循环使用。该周转箱分为四层，每层为一道菜，其中两层为荤菜，两层为素菜，且每层都配有调料盒，顾客购买后仅用食用油烹制即可使用，节省了顾客的时间。

如图所示：该周转箱采用的聚丙烯（PP）材质，周转箱为分体组合方形结构，侧板1为开放U形结构，外壳2内设置四层鲜切菜架5，每层鲜切菜架5采用嵌入式卡合，鲜切菜架5下边缘设置卡槽9，鲜切菜架5上设置调料盒8和鲜切菜盒6，调料盒8和鲜切菜盒6采用隔板7分割，底层鲜切菜架5下方设置支腿10；外壳2上方设置上盖3，采用扣合卡扣方式连接，外壳2上部两侧设置手提带。上盖的扣合连接方式与现有技术相同 。
