本实用新型公开了一种双层扣压模压托盘,包括托盘本体,所述托盘由上托盘体和下托盘体组成,所述上托盘体由托盘面板和下支撑腿构成,所述下托盘体由托盘底板和上支撑腿构成;所述上支撑腿的上部设有内凹的盲孔,该盲孔的内径形状与下支撑腿的外径形状相匹配,所述下支撑腿的下部插入上支撑腿上部的盲孔内,使下支撑腿与上支撑腿插紧。由于采用了上托盘体和下托盘体组成之间扣压的连接方式,因此,增强了托盘的强度及承重能力,增大了托盘下底面与地面接触面,减少了托盘叠加放置时对货物压力分散,这样托盘底板承受的压强大大减小,这样在叉车托运时就可以叠加多层码放,并保持其稳定性。

本实用新型涉及一种货物运输中使用的模压成型托盘,特别涉及一种由上托盘体和下托盘体两部分组成的双层扣压模压托盘。 
背景技术
现有技术中货物运输中的模压托盘多为由面板和支撑腿组成的单一整体件,为了便于叉车托运的同时又增强支撑力,现有技术的模压托盘一般在面板下方设有九个支撑脚,但这样的结构由于支撑脚形成的压强较大,因而不利于托盘在托运货物中的多层码放,在现实使用中现有技术的转运托盘强度较差,承重能力有限,使其在实际使用中受到一定限制,并且使用后不便于码放,给工作人员带来不便。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理,与地面的接触面积大,承载力强,不易损坏,使用寿命长的双层扣压模压托盘。 
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的: 
一种双层扣压模压托盘,包括托盘本体,所述托盘由上托盘体和下托盘体组成,所述上托盘体由托盘面板和下支撑腿构成,所述下托盘体由托盘底板和上支撑腿构成;所述上支撑腿的上部设有内凹的盲孔,该盲孔的内径形状与下支撑腿的外径形状相匹配,所述下支撑腿的下部插入上支撑腿上部的盲孔内,使下支撑腿与上支撑腿插紧。
本实用新型的优点是:由于采用了上托盘体和下托盘体组成之间扣压的连接方式,因此,增强了托盘的强度及承重能力,增大了托盘下底面与地面接触面,减少了托盘叠加放置时对货物压力分散,这样托盘底板承受的压强大大减小,这样在叉车托运时就可以叠加多层码放,并保持其稳定性。

如图所示的双层扣压模压托盘,包括托盘本体,所述托盘由上托盘体1和下托盘体5组成,所述上托盘体1由托盘面板3和下支撑腿2构成,所述下托盘体5由托盘底板4和上支撑腿7构成;所述上支撑腿7的上部设有内凹的盲孔6,该盲孔6的内径形状与下支撑腿2的外径形状相匹配,装配时将下支撑腿2的下部插入上支撑腿7上部的盲孔6内,使下支撑腿2与上支撑腿7插紧即可使用。

1.一种双层扣压模压托盘,包括托盘本体,其特征在于:所述托盘由上托盘体和下托盘体组成,所述上托盘体由托盘面板和下支撑腿构成,所述下托盘体由托盘底板和上支撑腿构成;所述上支撑腿的上部设有内凹的盲孔,该盲孔的内径形状与下支撑腿的外径形状相匹配,所述下支撑腿的下部插入上支撑腿上部的盲孔内,使下支撑腿与上支撑腿插紧。
