本实用新型涉及一种体育训练器材,前后手翻训练测量器,其特征是:在底盘框架上有两脚跟站立零点处(3),在底盘框架上有下手区(2),在下手区(2)的一侧制作有刻度尺(7),在支撑架立柱上有升降插口(5),滚筒(1)和保护圆盘(4)焊接在一起,滚筒(1)的内部为海绵,外部包裹有一层牛皮,在支撑架立柱(8)上制作有七个升降插口,所以滚筒(1)的离地高度可以升高或者下降。本器材能够快速的测量前后手翻下腰后,两脚和两手之间的距离。

背景技术
目前,没有专门针对前后手翻训练测量器械,传统的训练时练习者在地毯上或者体操垫上直接下腰训练,这种训练方法不足之处没有安全保护措施,尤其是初学者容易后倒损伤颈部。其次是测量难度较大,高考体操武术对柔韧素质训练后软翻下腰后两脚跟和两手之间距离测量的方法采用的是目测法,没有准确的前后手翻翻下腰后脚和手之间距离测量器材。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题,提供了一种前后手翻训练测量器,能够安全地进行训练和测量。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种有效地训练器,该训练器特征是能够有效地控制练习者的重心高度,防止训练时动作变形。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:所述的前后手翻训练测量器,由滚筒1、下手区2 、两脚跟站立零点处3 、保护圆盘4、升降插口5、卡簧6、刻度尺7、支撑架立柱8和底盘框架9组成,其特征是:在底盘框架上有两脚跟站立零点处3,在底盘框架上有下手区2,在下手区2的一侧制作有刻度尺7,在支撑架立柱上有升降插口5,滚筒1和保护圆盘4焊接在一起,滚筒1的内部为海绵,外部包裹有一层牛皮,在支撑架立柱8上制作有七个升降插口。
本实用新型的有益效果是,本实用新型给练习者提供了一个有效地测量与训练器材。
因此本实用新型具有如下优点:本器械结构简单,制作方便,克服了训练者的畏惧心理,增强了对前后手翻训练的自信心。

具体实施方式
实施例:参照图1、图2和图3,本实用新型根据练习者身高,在支撑架立柱8上选择适合练习者高度的不同的升降插口,解开升降插口5后面的卡簧6,将滚筒1安装在一定高度的升降插口5里面,用卡簧6卡紧即可训练,练习者两脚并拢背对滚筒1站立,两脚跟紧贴两脚跟站立零点处3,做后手翻下腰时,滚筒能够有效地防止练习者过分后倒,防止颈部受伤,起到了托腰的作用。在两手落地的区域有下手区2,在下手区一侧制作有刻度尺,当练习者前后手翻两手落到下手区2时,教练可以在刻度尺7侧方观察到两手落地点,在相应地落点记录两脚跟和两手之间距离。

1.一种前后手翻训练测量器,由滚筒(1) 、下手区(2) 、两脚跟站立零点处(3) 、保护圆盘(4) 、升降插口(5) 、卡簧(6) 、刻度尺(7) 、支撑架立柱(8) 和底盘框架(9)组成,所述的前后手翻训练测量器,其特征是:在底盘框架上有两脚跟站立零点处(3),在底盘框架上有下手区(2),在下手区(2)的一侧制作有刻度尺(7),在支撑架立柱上有升降插口(5),滚筒(1)和保护圆盘(4)焊接在一起,滚筒(1)的内部为海绵,外部包裹有一层牛皮,在支撑架立柱(8)上制作有七个升降插口。
