技术领域
本实用新型涉及到骨科临床医疗器械领域,特别是指一种骨科运动学锁定接骨螺钉。 
背景技术
目前在骨科手术中所使用的接骨螺钉的结构包括螺钉本体,螺钉本体由圆柱形的钉部和位于钉部尾端的尾部组成,钉部的外表面设置有通长的螺纹。 
这种接骨螺钉常用于使骨头在骨折后重新结合,手术后接骨螺钉通常需在人体内保留一段时间直至骨头长好,骨头生长时需要一定的愈合空间,而传统的接骨螺钉在植入骨头时其螺纹与骨头的皮质层与松质骨层相锁定,在骨头内部不易松动,不利于骨头的生长,影响最终的愈合效果。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种骨科运动学锁定接骨螺钉。 
为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:骨科运动学锁定接骨螺钉,包括一体式设计的螺钉头部和轴杆,所述轴杆包括滑动部、松质骨部和皮质骨部,滑动部与螺钉头部相连接,滑动部外壁光滑,松质骨部设置在滑动部前端并与滑动部相连接,其外壁设置有松质骨部螺纹,皮质骨部设置在松质骨部前端与并松质骨部相连接,皮质骨部外壁上设置有皮质骨部螺纹,松质骨部螺纹与皮质骨部螺纹的方向一致,并且松质骨部螺纹的螺距是皮质骨部螺纹的2~3倍。所述皮质骨部的前端为自攻型。所述螺钉头部设置有内六角凹槽或梅花型凹槽。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:上述骨科运动学锁定接骨螺钉,将其轴杆分为滑动部、松质骨部和皮质骨部三个部分,接骨螺钉植入骨头后,其皮质骨部螺 纹穿过骨头上部的松质骨层、皮质层和骨腔与下部的松质骨层和皮质层相锁定,其松质骨部螺纹与骨头上部的松质骨层和皮质层相锁定,皮质骨部锁定最紧,松质骨部的锁定松于皮质骨部,滑动部不与骨头锁定,这样骨头没有被完全锁定死,更利于骨头生长愈合。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本实用新型骨科运动学锁定接骨螺钉作进一步的详细描述。 
如图1和图2所示,骨科运动学锁定接骨螺钉,包括一体式设计的螺钉头部1和轴杆2,所述轴杆2包括滑动部3、松质骨部4和皮质骨部5,滑动部3与螺钉头部1相连接,滑动部3外壁光滑,松质骨部4设置在滑动部3前端并与滑动部3相连接,其外壁设置有松质骨部螺纹6,皮质骨部5设置在松质骨部4前端并与松质骨部4相连接,皮质骨部5外壁上设置有皮质骨部螺纹7,松质骨部螺纹6与皮质骨部螺纹7的方向一致,并且松质骨部螺纹6的螺距是皮质骨部螺纹7的2~3倍。所述皮质骨部5的前端为自攻型。所述螺钉头部1设置有内六角凹槽8。如图3所示,螺钉头部1的凹槽8也可为内梅花型等与专用工具相配合的形状,均属于本实用新型的保护范畴。 
如图4所示,在骨科手术中,骨科运动学锁定接骨螺钉与接骨板相配合,用于固定骨折处的骨头,使得骨头断裂处重新结合,接骨螺钉植入骨头进行锁 定,其皮质骨部螺纹7穿过骨头上部的皮质层10、松质骨层9和骨腔11后与位于下部的松质骨层9和皮质层10相锁定,其松质骨部螺纹6与骨头上部的皮质层10和松质骨层9相锁定,由于皮质骨部螺纹7螺距最短,所以皮质骨部5锁定最紧,而松质骨部螺纹6螺距大于皮质骨部5,所以松质骨部4的锁定松于皮质骨部5,滑动部3外壁光滑,故滑动部3不与骨头锁定,这样骨头没有被完全锁定死,在人体运动时该接骨螺钉的松质骨部4和滑动部3会在骨头中摆动,从而为骨折处带来愈合空间,更利于骨头生长愈合。

1.骨科运动学锁定接骨螺钉,包括一体式设计的螺钉头部和轴杆,其特征在于:所述轴杆包括滑动部、松质骨部和皮质骨部,滑动部与螺钉头部相连接,滑动部外壁光滑,松质骨部设置在滑动部前端并与滑动部相连接,其外壁设置有松质骨部螺纹,皮质骨部设置在松质骨部前端并与松质骨部相连接,皮质骨部外壁上设置有皮质骨部螺纹,松质骨部螺纹与皮质骨部螺纹的方向一致,并且松质骨部螺纹的螺距是皮质骨部螺纹的2~3倍。
2.根据权利要求1所述的骨科运动学锁定接骨螺钉,其特征在于:所述皮质骨部的前端为自攻型。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的骨科运动学锁定接骨螺钉,其特征在于:所述螺钉头部设置有内六角凹槽或梅花型凹槽。
