背景技术
现有接入网用的用户引入光缆普遍使用在已建成楼宇,由于这类光缆弯曲半径小、体积大,整个楼宇的布线多采用明线,影响整体的美观效果,而且在敷设过程中光缆容易受损伤,影响光缆的敷设施工。
发明内容
为了克服现有接入网用的用户引入光缆的不足,本实用新型提供一种接入网用墙内直埋光缆,可在楼宇建设的过程中或楼宇建成之后直埋敷设在墙体内部。这样,不会影响楼宇的整体美观效果,而且在敷设过程中光缆也不容易受损伤,方便光缆的敷设施工。
本实用新型提供的一种接入网用墙内直埋光缆,包括缆芯及外护套,缆芯内具有由光纤、纤膏、光纤套管共同构成的光纤单元以及中心加强件、阻水纱、填充绳,在缆芯与外护套之间设有皱纹钢带铠装层,在皱纹钢带铠装层与外护套之间设有撕裂绳。
本实用新型的有益效果是:光缆弯曲半径大、体积小,可在楼宇建设的过程中或楼宇建成之后直埋敷设在墙体内部,不会影响楼宇的整体美观效果,而且在敷设过程中光缆也不容易受损伤,方便光缆的敷设施工。

参照图1,在光纤套管2内设置光纤1和纤膏3制成光纤单元11,将中心加强件5、阻水纱4、填充绳6与光纤单元11一起绞合制成缆芯10,在缆芯10外包覆皱纹钢带铠装层8并设置撕裂绳9,再包覆外护套7,即制成本实用新型。

1.一种接入网用墙内直埋光缆,包括缆芯及外护套,缆芯内具有由光纤、纤膏、光纤套管共同构成的光纤单元以及中心加强件、阻水纱、填充绳,其特征在于在缆芯与外护套之间设有皱纹钢带铠装层,在皱纹钢带铠装层与外护套之间设有撕裂绳。
