本实用新型公开了一种真空干燥机的配进料系统，包括配料罐、计量泵和布料杆，配料罐与多个计量泵连接，布料杆上设置有布料喷管，布料喷管与对应的计量泵导通，所述配料罐和计量泵均配置有与中央处理器连接的自动控制装置，所述配料罐至少有两个，至少其中一个具备辅助清洗和消毒的两用罐。由中央处理器操控的自动控制装置协调和控制配料罐和计量泵，因此其人工参与度较少，可节省人工成本，而且通过中央处理器实现了整体协调控制，使配进料控制的精度和效率大大提高。另外，双罐以上的配料罐设置，更利于确保浸膏进料前的温度均衡，而且还能辅助进行清洗和消毒。

技术领域
 本实用新型涉及一种真空干燥机的配进料系统。
背景技术
传统真空干燥机的配进料系统，包括配料罐、计量泵和布料杆，配料罐与多个计量泵连接，布料杆上设置有布料喷管，布料喷管与对应的计量泵导通。但是这些部件的工作的人工参与度较高，没有形成一个有机的整体控制，而且传统真空干燥机的配进料系统也不具备辅助清洗和消毒功能。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种真空干燥机的配进料系统，该系统的整体协调控制各部件的性能更好，而且具备辅助清洗和消毒功能，还可确保浸膏进料前的温度均衡。
为此，本实用新型提供的真空干燥机的配进料系统，包括配料罐、计量泵和布料杆，配料罐与多个计量泵连接，布料杆上设置有布料喷管，布料喷管与对应的计量泵导通，所述配料罐和计量泵均配置有与中央处理器连接的自动控制装置，所述配料罐至少有两个，至少其中一个具备辅助清洗和消毒的两用罐。
在本实用新型中，由中央处理器操控的自动控制装置协调和控制配料罐和计量泵，因此其人工参与度较少，可节省人工成本，而且通过中央处理器实现了整体协调控制，使配进料控制的精度和效率大大提高。另外，双罐以上的配料罐设置，更利于确保浸膏进料前的温度均衡，而且还能辅助进行清洗和消毒。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型提供的真空干燥机的配进料系统，包括配料罐1、计量泵2和布料杆，配料罐1与多个计量泵2连接，布料杆上设置有布料喷管，布料喷管与对应的计量泵导通，配料罐1和计量泵2均配置有与中央处理器连接的自动控制装置，所述配料罐至少有两个，至少其中一个具备辅助清洗和消毒的两用罐，本实施例中采用的是双罐结构，两配料罐1可交替使用，以确保浸膏进料前的温度均衡，而且其中一台配料罐可兼顾主机辅助清洗和浸膏消毒，当浸膏进料前可进行蒸汽消毒，当设备清洗时可注入清洗水通过一个增压泵与主机系统管路连接，利用进料系统的布料摆杆及固定管架上的清洗喷嘴对料带表面进行清洗。
在上述实施例中，配料罐1前级配置有转子泵3，转子泵3与配料罐1通过导管导通，转子泵3用于送料，导管上布置有保温层用以防止浸膏输送时降温凝结而产生输送不流畅。
在上述实施例中，每个计量泵配置有一个在线备用泵。进料系统采用带有压力调节阀和过滤装置的德国耐驰品牌高精度螺杆计量泵并配置一套在线备用泵以便设备确保连续运行及在线检修。

Claims (3)

1.一种真空干燥机的配进料系统，包括配料罐、计量泵和布料杆，配料罐与多个计量泵连接，布料杆上设置有布料喷管，布料喷管与对应的计量泵导通，其特征是：所述配料罐和计量泵均配置有与中央处理器连接的自动控制装置，所述配料罐至少有两个，至少其中一个具备辅助清洗和消毒的两用罐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空干燥机的配进料系统，其特征是：所述配料罐前级配置有转子泵，转子泵与配料罐通过导管导通，导管上布置有保温层。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的真空干燥机的配进料系统，其特征是：每个计量泵配置有一个在线备用泵。
