门的合页是应用比较广泛的,其种类也各式各样,但现有合页在开关门的次数增加的情况下,多次对门轴进行摩擦,长时间就大大地降低了门轴的承重,容易造成危险。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种通过将门轴结构的改变,将摩擦力转嫁到钢珠上的双向调定合页。
本实用新型的动片和定片通过芯轴连接,芯轴通过穿销与定片固定连接,芯轴端部的凹槽内放置有钢珠,钢珠外侧通过螺钉密封。
本实用新型结构简单,改变了门轴的结构,减少门轴的长度,并安装钢珠,这样,门开关时的摩擦力主要有钢珠来承受,即使长时间使用钢珠损坏也方便更换,不用拆卸合页,极大的减少了损失,并且减少了危险。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的动片1和定片2通过芯轴6连接,芯轴6通过穿销5与定片2固定连接,芯轴6端部的凹槽内放置有钢珠3,钢珠3外侧通过螺钉4密封。这样门在旋转时,芯轴不会和动片定片摩擦,而是摩擦钢珠,将摩擦力转移到钢珠上,即使磨损也是主要将钢珠损坏,简单的打开螺钉,将破损钢珠更换即可。明显的减少的更换程序,节省了成本。
