Abstract
本实用新型公开一种防火保温建筑外墙复合贴面板，复合贴面板包括中间保温阻燃层、内外贴面板及内外粘接层，所述外墙贴面板为一个复合结构板，其中内外贴面板为水泥砂浆板，中间保温阻燃层为岩棉板，粘接层为阻燃聚氨酯层。该实用新型的效果为贴面板质轻、保温效果好、阻燃性能优良且施工工艺简单、价格便宜。另外，该实用新型贴面板与墙体结合性好、耐久性强、墙体总体具有施工工艺简单、成本低、保温和阻燃效果好等特点。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种建筑用外墙贴面板，特别是一种具有防火和优良保温性能且施工方便的防火保温建筑外墙复合贴面板。
背景技术
近年来，聚苯乙烯泡沫板、聚氨酯泡沫板等被广泛应用于建筑墙体贴面，起到保温隔热的作用。目前，这方面的文献和专利很多，如中国专利申请01140185.0公布了一种用聚笨乙烯泡沫塑料颗粒、水泥(包括镁质水泥)、粘合剂、水等材料制做聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料颗粒保温砖，但该类产品易燃，存在安全隐患。中国专利申请200620026774.2公开了一种内墙贴面板，该贴面板的纵剖面依次为面纸层、石膏芯体、背纸层、粘胶层和挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板层，其石膏芯体和挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板层使得该内墙贴面板同时具有耐火和保温的功能，但是该贴面板工艺相对复杂，成本较高。中国专利申请200710114930.X、200810015447.0、200610043347.X等公开了聚氨酯保温墙面材料，但其易于燃烧的缺陷使其在建筑上的应用受限。
考虑到阻燃问题，目前建筑领域保温材料使用较多的是岩棉板。岩棉板以玄武岩为基材，经过高温融熔加工成的人工无机纤维，具有导热系数小、吸热、不燃的特点。但是，岩棉板在施工过程中，当在其表面挂水泥砂浆时，易出现岩棉板变形、皱褶不平等缺陷，给施工带来不便，且岩棉板较聚苯乙烯或聚氨酯泡沫板密度相对较高，挂在墙体表面，易于脱落。
目前，同时满足保温和防火要求，且施工工艺简单，成本低廉的墙壁贴面板类产品尚较为少见。
发明内容
为解决上述的技术问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种防火保温建筑外墙复合贴面板，以利于建筑外墙贴面的施工工艺简单，并提高了建筑外墙的防火和保温性能。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是提供一种防火保温建筑外墙复合贴面板，其中：该贴面板剖面结构依次为中间保温阻燃层、内粘接层、内贴面板、外粘接层、外贴面板，形成外墙贴面板。
本实用新型的有益效果是该实用新型技术的效果为贴面板质轻、保温效果好、阻燃性能优良且价格便宜。另外，该实用新型贴面板与墙体结合性好、耐久性强、墙体总体具有施工工艺简单、成本低、保温和阻燃效果好等特点。

具体实施方式
结合附图对本实用新型的防火保温建筑外墙复合贴面板的结构加以说明。
本实用新型的防火保温建筑外墙复合贴面板，该贴面板剖面结构依次为中间保温阻燃层2、内粘接层5、内贴面板3、外粘接层6、外贴面板4，形成外墙贴面板1。
所述中间保温阻燃层2为岩棉板，所述内贴面板3、外贴面板4为水泥砂浆板。所述内粘接层5、外粘接层6为聚氨酯层。
外墙贴面板1包括中间保温阻燃层2、内贴面板3、外贴面板4、内粘接层5以及外粘接层6；所述外墙贴面板1为一个复合结构板，其中内贴面板3和外贴面板4为水泥砂浆板，中间保温阻燃层2为岩棉板，内粘接层5以及外粘接层6为聚氨酯层。
在进行外墙贴面板1的施工时，用胶粘剂固定在处理后的基层上，外贴面板4外侧可增加薄抹面层和饰面涂层，该薄抹面层中满铺玻纤网。建筑物高度在20m以上时，在受负风压作用较大的部位宜使用锚栓辅助固定。外墙贴面板1板宽度不宜大于1200mm，高度不宜大于600mm。必要时在施工中应设置抗裂分隔缝。外墙贴面板1施工时的基层表面应清洁，无油污、脱模剂等妨碍粘结的附着物；凸起、空鼓和疏松部位应剔除并找平；找平层应与墙体粘结牢固，不得有脱层、空鼓、裂缝、面层不得有粉化、起皮、爆灰等现象。粘贴外墙贴面板1时，应将胶粘剂涂在内贴面板3板面上，涂胶粘剂面积不得小于外墙贴面板1面积的40%。外墙贴面板1应按顺砌方式粘贴，竖缝应逐行错缝；外墙贴面板1应粘贴牢固，不得有松动和空鼓。
具体施工时，可参照《外墙外保温工程技术规程》（JGJ144-2004）。

1.一种防火保温建筑外墙复合贴面板，其特征是：该贴面板剖面结构依次为中间保温阻燃层（2）、内粘接层（5）、内贴面板（3）、外粘接层（6）、外贴面板（4），形成外墙贴面板（1）。
2.根据权利要求1所述防火保温建筑外墙复合贴面板，其特征是：所述中间保温阻燃层（2）为岩棉板。
3.根据权利要求1所述防火保温建筑外墙复合贴面板，其特征是：所述内贴面板（3）、外贴面板（4）为水泥砂浆板。
4.根据权利要求1所述防火保温建筑外墙复合贴面板，其特征是：所述内粘接层（5）、外粘接层（6）为聚氨酯层。
