Abstract
一种开袋机构的揪袋装置，用于对包装袋施压来辅助开袋，设置于包装袋开袋机构上，包括有一压板和一驱动装置，该驱动装置连接驱动该压板对包装袋施压。本实用新型通过对包装袋施加一定的压力，使得包装袋在移动过程中，因包装袋有一定的压力，故消除了弯曲弧度带来的影响，开袋过程中不会产生折角，从而将使得开袋机构能将包装袋顺利的完全打开。整体结构简单、操作方便、保证开袋机构顺利开袋，从而进一步提高了包装效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及包装机领域，特别是一种包装纸巾、卫生巾等卫生用品的开袋机构的揪袋装置。
背景技术
随着经济的进步和生活水平的提高，人们对产品的外观及其包装质量的要求也越来越高。塑料薄膜包装因其造价便宜、实用性强、美观的特性被广泛用于包装行业。特别是纸巾、卫生巾等卫生用品包装等领域。通常情况下，包装袋制成前为卷膜，制成的袋子会向一侧弯曲，且越靠近卷中心的包膜，制成的袋子弯曲弧度越大。包装设备通常设有开袋机构，在包装过程中，需要将包装袋打开，在打开的过程中，开袋口会与弯曲弧度形成一定的折角（参照图3、图5），影响开袋的大小，降低包装效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于克服现有技术中在包装袋打开过程中，开袋口会与弯曲弧度形成一定的折角，影响开袋的大小，降低包装效率的缺点，提出一种结构简单的开袋机构的揪袋装置。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种开袋机构的揪袋装置，用于对包装袋施压来辅助开袋，其特征在于：包括有一压板和一驱动装置，该驱动装置连接驱动该压板对包装袋施压。
进一步的，所述压板为弹性压板，该压板为与包装袋成一定角度设置，其一端设有与所述驱动装置固定连接的连接端，另一端固定有压块。
进一步的，所述驱动装置采用气缸，该气缸输出轴与所述弹性压板固定连接。
进一步的，所述气缸保持固定于包装袋上方，弹性压板设置于该气缸下方被驱动沿垂直包装袋运动方向对包装袋施压。
由上述对本实用新型的描述可知，与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有如下有益效果：
本实用新型的开袋机构的揪袋装置，通过对包装袋一侧施加压力，使得包装袋在移动过程中，因包装袋有一定的压力，故消除了弯曲弧度带来的影响，开袋过程中不会产生折角，从而将使得开袋机构能将包装袋顺利的打开。在实际操作中，可根据包装袋的运动方向来设置弹性压板的施压方向以及驱动装置的固定位置，整体结构简单、操作方便、保证开袋机构顺利开袋，从而进一步提高了包装效率。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
参照图1、图2、图4，一种开袋机构的揪袋装置，用于对包装袋3施压来辅助开袋，包括有一弹性压板1和一驱动装置2，该驱动装置2连接驱动压板1对包装袋3施压。弹性压板1与包装袋3之间呈一定角度设置,可以是直角、锐角或钝角，根据实际需要设置。弹性压板1一侧设有与驱动装置2固定连接的连接端1a，另一侧固定有压块1b。驱动装置2采用气缸，该气缸输出轴与弹性压板1连接端1a固定相连。
图1、图2中，沿包装袋移动方向（箭头方向）依次设有切刀、弹性压板和气缸、以及上下吸头。切刀5位于包装袋3下方用于切割包装袋3。弹性压板1位于包装袋3上侧的上方用于对包装袋3上侧施加压力。上、下吸头4a、4b分别位于包装袋3的上下两侧用于开袋。实际运用中，可根据包装袋3的运动方向来设置弹性压板1的施压方向。
本实用新型通过对包装袋施加一定的压力，包装袋在移动过程中，因包装袋有一定的压力，故消除了弯曲弧度带来的影响，开袋过程中不会产生折角，从而将使得开袋机构能将包装袋顺利的完全打开，图6为开袋效果图。
上述仅为本实用新型的一个具体实施方式，但本实用新型的设计构思并不局限于此，凡利用此构思对本实用新型进行非实质性的改动，均应属于侵犯本实用新型保护范围的行为。

1.一种开袋机构的揪袋装置，用于对包装袋施压来辅助开袋，其特征在于：包括有一压板和一驱动装置，该驱动装置连接驱动该压板对包装袋施压。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种开袋机构的揪袋装置，其特征在于：所述压板为弹性压板，该压板为与包装袋成一定角度设置，其一端设有与所述驱动装置固定连接的连接端，另一端固定有压块。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种开袋机构的揪袋装置，其特征在于：所述驱动装置采用气缸，该气缸输出轴与所述压板固定连接。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种开袋机构的揪袋装置，其特征在于：所述气缸保持固定于包装袋上方，弹性压板设置于该气缸下方被驱动沿垂直包装袋运动方向对包装袋施压。
