背景技术
目前市场全贴合模组主要有两种,第一种是玻璃盖板和导电玻璃组成的触摸屏全贴合模组,第二种是玻璃盖板和导电薄膜组成的触摸屏全贴合模组。第一种全贴合模组是玻璃盖板与导电玻璃通过固态光学胶贴合成触摸屏后,再使用固态光学胶与TFT型彩色显示器贴合而成,第二种是玻璃盖板和导电薄膜通过固态光学胶贴合成触摸屏后,再使用固态光学胶与TFT型彩色显示器贴合而成。这两种结构厚度较厚,产品重量较重,体积较大,工艺要求高,不良率居高不下,导致生产成本较高,整体产品重量重,体积大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种成本较低的P+G结构触摸屏固态光学胶全贴合模组。
本实用新型是这样来实现的,它包括亚克力(英文PMMA,简称P)盖板、固态光学胶、导电玻璃(英文GLASS,简称G)、固态光学胶、 TFT型彩色显示器,其特征是玻璃盖板、固态光学胶、导光玻璃、固态光学胶和TFT型彩色显示器从上至下依次连接。
本实用新型的技术效果是:由于是使用亚克力盖板与导电玻璃使用固态光学胶贴合成P+G结构触摸屏,触摸屏再通过固态光学胶与TFT型彩色显示器组合成全贴合模组。因为是亚克力型盖板,取代普通产品的玻璃盖板,大大降低了生产材料的成本,简化了对生产设备的要求,也大大减轻了整体产品的重量,降低了厚度,增加了产品的抗跌落性能。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型是这样来实现的,它包括亚克力盖板1,导电玻璃3,固态光学胶2,固态光学胶4,TFT型彩色显示器5。亚克力盖板1通过固态光学胶2与导电玻璃3贴合,组合成P+G结构触摸屏,触摸屏再通过固态光学胶4与TFT型彩色显示器5组合成全贴合模组。因为使用亚克力盖板代替玻璃盖板,大大降低了生产材料的成本,简化了对生产设备的要求,在产品需要返工时,可以很容易去掉触摸屏上的亚克力盖板1,重新贴合,这样节约了材料,提高了成品率,因为使用亚克力盖板,也大大减轻了整体产品的重量,降低了厚度,增加了产品的抗跌落性能。
