本实用新型公开了一种环保型中压防火电缆,包括中间的缆芯,以及依次包覆在缆芯外的陶瓷化复合带,高阻燃包带层,隔氧隔离层,钢带铠装层和挤包在最外侧的护套层。缆芯和陶瓷化复合带间的空隙中填充有填充条。所述缆芯由成三角形对称分布的三根线芯相互绞合形成,每根线芯都由中间的导体,以及依次包覆在导体外的导体屏蔽层,绝缘层,绝缘屏蔽层,金属屏蔽层组成。电缆在火焰的剧烈燃烧下,陶瓷化复合带能迅速生成一种坚硬的陶瓷层,阻止火焰继续向内燃烧,保证电缆正常工作。本实用新型适用于高层建筑、石油平台、矿山、冶金、船舶、电站、地铁、机场、车站、隧道等防火要求高的场合。

技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及电力电缆领域,具体是一种环保型中压防火电缆。
背景技术
[0002] 目前,国内的高层建筑、石油平台、矿山、冶金、船舶、电站、地铁、机场、车站、隧道等防火要求高的场合,所使用的电缆绝缘层、护套层中大多采用含卤的材料。一旦发生火灾,不仅会产生大量的浓烟,而且会产生具有“二次灾害”的腐蚀性很强的卤化氢气体,不仅容易损坏设备和污染环境,甚至危及人的生命。即使是采用无卤低烟的阻燃材料,也只能延缓阻燃材料被烧成粉末的时间。如果持续被火烧的话,就会渐渐变成粉末脱落,失去了保护作用,容易使电线电缆被击穿而造成短路,从而影响了通讯、电力在火灾情况下的安全畅通。随着世界经济的高速发展以及世界环境组织对环境保护的要求,急待开发一种绿色环保型放火电缆以满足人类可持续发展的需要,这是世界各国电缆技术的发展趋势。
实用新型内容
[0003] 为了解决上述问题,本实用新型在额定电压6/10kV〜26/35kV中压电缆的基础上制造出一种环保型中压防火电缆,通过陶瓷化复合带,高阻燃包带层,隔氧隔离层,钢带铠装层来保护中间的缆芯在发生火灾时可以正常工作。
[0004] 该电缆的结构包括中间的缆芯,以及依次包覆在缆芯外的陶瓷化复合带,高阻燃包带层,隔氧隔离层,钢带铠装层和挤包在最外侧的护套层。缆芯和陶瓷化复合带间的空隙中填充有填充条。所述缆芯由成三角形对称分布的三根线芯相互绞合形成,每根线芯都由中间的导体,以及依次包覆在导体外的导体屏蔽层,绝缘层,绝缘屏蔽层,金属屏蔽层组合。[0005] 进一步改进,所述的导体是由若干根直径相同的软圆铜丝紧压绞制而成的。
[0006] 进一步改进,所述的陶瓷化复合带是由陶瓷化防火耐火硅橡胶和耐高温玻纤布压延复合而成的,重叠绕包在缆芯上。
[0007] 进一步改进,所述的钢带铠装层为双层镀锌钢带间隙缠绕结构,其间隙不大于带宽的50%。
[0008] 本实用新型的有益效果在于:遇火灾时,高阻燃包带层,隔氧隔离层,钢带铠装层能对电缆进行初步的保护。当火势很大,烧穿了外层保护后,陶瓷化复合带能迅速生成一种坚硬的陶瓷层,阻止火焰继续向内燃烧,保证电缆能正常使用。本发明适用于高层建筑、石油平台、矿山、冶金、船舶、电站、地铁、机场、车站、隧道等防火要求高的场合。

具体实施方式[0010] 如图1所示,是本新型阻燃变频电力电缆电缆的一个实例,将若干根直径相同的软圆铜丝紧压绞制成导体1,依次再导体外包覆导体屏蔽层,绝缘层,绝缘屏蔽层和金属屏蔽层组成线芯。将成三角形对称分布的三根线芯相互绞合成缆芯,在缆芯四周放入填充条,从内向外依次包覆陶瓷化复合带,高阻燃包带层,隔氧隔离层,钢带铠装层,最外侧挤包护套层。
[0011] 本实用新型所用的导体屏蔽层2、绝缘屏蔽层4采用半导电屏蔽材料挤包;绝缘层3采用交联聚乙烯绝缘料挤包;金属屏蔽层5由软铜带重叠绕包构成;填充层6由高阻燃玻璃纤维材料构成;陶瓷化复合带7由陶瓷化防火耐火硅橡胶和耐高温玻纤布压延复合而成,重叠绕包在缆芯上;高阻燃包带层8为高阻燃玻纤布带重叠绕包而成;隔氧隔离层9为挤包无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃塑料层;钢带铠装层10为间隙不大于带宽的50%的双层镀锌钢带间隙缠绕结构;护套层11为挤出环保无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃塑料层,其氧指数> 35%。

1.一种环保型中压防火电缆,其特征在于:包括中间的缆芯,以及依次包覆在缆芯外的陶瓷化复合带(7),高阻燃包带层(8),隔氧隔离层(9),钢带铠装层(10)和挤包在最外侧的护套层(11),缆芯和陶瓷化复合带(7)间的空隙中填充有填充条(6),所述缆芯由成三角形对称分布的三根线芯相互绞合形成,每根线芯都由中间的导体(1),以及依次包覆在导体(I)外的导体屏蔽层(2),绝缘层(3),绝缘屏蔽层(4),金属屏蔽层(5)组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型中压防火电缆,其特征在于:所述的导体(I)是由若干根直径相同的软圆铜丝紧压绞制而成的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型中压防火电缆,其特征在于:所述的陶瓷化复合带(7)是由陶瓷化防火耐火硅橡胶和耐高温玻纤布压延复合而成的,重叠绕包在缆芯上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型中压防火电缆,其特征在于:所述的钢带铠装层(10)为双层镀锌钢带间隙缠绕·结构,其间隙不大于带宽的50%。
