背景技术
中频熔炼炉烟尘处理这一问题过去一直采用直接排空或炉口加排烟罩的方法解决，直接排空烟尘大，炉口加排烟罩的方法可行，但在工作时要经常要移动排烟罩，以便于加料和出钢水，操作比较繁琐，费工费时，且占用操作空间，影响天车运行。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就在于克服上述现有技术中的不足，而提供了一种中频熔炼炉节能环保除尘装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
一种中频熔炼炉节能环保除尘装置，包括中频熔炼炉，离心风机，还包括下排风装置，其特征在于，所述的下排风装置还包括有炉口烟尘收集器、旋转引风管道、外管道、引风机和除尘器，其安装方式为：
炉口烟尘收集器连接旋转引风管道，旋转引风管道连接外管道，外管道连接引风机并与除尘器相连。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型采用下排风装置解决中频熔炼炉排烟问题，它除尘效率高，结构简单，整体性能好，不易出故障，维修方便，成本较低，有利环保，工作时方便加料和出钢水，不影响天车运行。

本实施例是针对的一种中频熔炼炉节能环保除尘装置，包括中频熔炼炉1，离心风机2和下排风装置3三大部分，下排风装置3还包括有炉口烟尘收集器301，旋转引风管道302，外管道303，引风机304和除尘器305，其中炉口烟尘收集器301连接旋转引风管道302，旋转引风管道302连接外管道303，外管道303连接引风机304并与除尘器305相连。
下排风是指整个抽风系统都走在炉口以下，利于操作人员工作。
当炉内烟尘上升到炉口时，炉口烟尘收集器301的吸力将烟尘吸入，避免了烟尘继续向上，炉体在倾炉时，旋转引风管道302可以和炉体一起旋转，烟尘由旋转引风管道302进入旋转引风管道302外管道303，引风机304，除尘器305，过滤后排空。
下排风装置3打破传统排烟尘机的上排风方式，独创全新概念的下排风工作方式，其原理是运用微空气动力学原理，在炉口沿平面上将气流经过精心组织形成高速空气流体隔膜，并采用深井侧吸，下排风以及流体零压区偏置粉尘屏蔽分离等多项技术将烟尘污染源与外界环境彻底隔开，烟尘魔力般地往下吸走，再也看不到烟尘升腾的现象，除烟尘率达99％以上。
