背景技术
现有开坯炉的加热结构为刚玉炉管,炉管外缠绕金属钼丝进行加热,缺点是使用钼丝加热,炉温最高只能达到1400度,且钼丝的寿命短,更换较为麻烦。

本实用新型目的在于提供一种使用寿命长,炉温高的开坯炉。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型可采取下述技术方案:
本实用新型所述的开坯炉,包括炉体,和位于所述炉体内的炉膛;在所述炉膛内两侧沿其轴向分别对称间隔设置有多个U形二硅化钼加热元件。
