本实用新型涉及一种输送带,特别涉及输送带的松紧度调节机构。
背景技术
纸张输送带用于输送纸张。传统的输送带越过传动辊绕在输送台上,电机带动传动辊转动,传动辊依靠摩擦力带动输送带。但是输送带在使用一段时间后会逐渐膨松而无法紧绷在传动辊上,导致输送带与传动辊之间的摩擦力不够,传动辊无法带动输送带。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型要解决的问题是提供一种能够调节输送带松紧度的纸张输送带的张紧机构。
为此,本实用新型是通过如下方式实现的:一种纸张输送带的张紧机构,包括传动辊、输送带和输送台,所述输送带越过传动辊绕在输送台上,其特征在于:所述输送台下表面上设有支撑架,所述支撑架上设有过渡辊,所述支撑架上还设有滑槽,所述滑槽内设有调节辊,所述调节辊与气动弹簧连接,所述输送带依次绕过过渡辊和调节辊,所述过渡辊和调节辊上设有滚珠轴承。
在本实用新型中,输送带在从两个相反的方向越过过渡辊和调节辊后,输送带在那一段会呈类似S状的扭曲,调节辊在气动弹簧的推动下会始终顶向输送带,从而使输送带始终处于紧绷状态,保证了输送带和传动辊的摩擦力,从而保证了传动辊能够带动输送带运动。

参照附图,这种纸张输送带的张紧机构,包括传动辊2、输送带1和输送台3,所述输送带1越过传动辊2绕在输送台3上,所述输送台3下表面上设有支撑架9,所述支撑架9上设有过渡辊5,所述支撑架8上还设有滑槽8,所述滑槽8内设有调节辊7,所述调节辊7与气动弹簧4连接,所述输送带1依次绕过过渡辊5和调节辊7,在本实施例中,输送带2在从逆时针方向越过传动辊2后依次从顺时针方向和逆时针方向越过调节辊7和过渡辊5,所述调节辊7和过渡辊5上设有滚珠轴承6,保证了输送带1在工作过程中的顺畅性。
本实用新型是通过如下方式实现的:输送带1在依次从顺时针方向和逆时针方向越过调节辊7和过渡辊5后,输送带1那一段呈反向的S形,调节辊7在气动弹簧4的作用下可以在滑槽8内滑动。当输送带1出现松动时,气动弹簧4就推动调节辊7在滑槽8内向右移动,从而绷紧输送带1使其与传动辊2之间具有足够的摩擦力;当输送带1上承载的物品的质量发生变化时,气动弹簧4能够通过带动调节辊7在滑槽8内向左或向右移动,自动调节输送带1是处于膨松或是绷紧状态,以适应承载物的质量变化,是输送带1在于传动辊保持足够的摩擦力的同时,不会因为承载物过重而压坏输送带1。

1.一种纸张输送带的张紧机构,包括传动辊、输送带和输送台,所述输送带越过传动辊绕在输送台上,其特征在于:所述输送台下表面上设有支撑架,所述支撑架上设有过渡辊,所述支撑架上还设有滑槽,所述滑槽内设有调节辊,所述调节辊与气动弹簧连接,所述输送带依次绕过过渡辊和调节辊。
