用于探测叠层橡胶隔震支座硫化过程中温度变化的装置,属叠层隔震橡胶支座的生产装备技术领域。包括一可设定数据采集时间间隔的多通道数据记录仪,一设有溢胶槽的叠层橡胶隔震支座硫化模具,置于所说模具型腔内的接触式温度传感器,温度传感器的数量不少于8个,每个温度传感器的输出端通过导线与数据记录仪的对应输入端电连接,所说导线从模具型腔内穿过溢胶槽而引出。用本装置监测各层橡胶硫化过程中的温度变化及持续的时间长短,再结合实验室胶料的硫化曲线,就可以判断橡胶与胶黏剂是否发生同步硫化,且是否都已经硫化完全,从而能实现钢板和橡胶发生很好的粘合,并能缩短硫化时间,提高生产效率。装置操作简单,方便高效,对制品没有损伤。

本实用新型属叠层隔震橡胶支座的生产装备技术领域,具体涉及一种用于探测叠层橡胶隔震支座硫化过程中温度变化的装置。
背景技术
叠层橡胶隔震支座为厚制品,其硫化工艺为用模具在平板硫化机上低温长时间硫化。平板硫化机只能通过上下两个平板对模具进行传热,传热速度慢,传热不均一,很容易造成硫化不均、橡胶和胶黏剂硫化不同步,从而影响产品的粘合,致使出现凹痕、缩腰等缺陷。要改进硫化工艺、提高产品质量,就需知道硫化过程各层橡胶的温度变化情况,但现在却无从知道。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用于探测叠层橡胶隔震支座硫化过程中温度变化的装置,使用该装置能摸清内层胶的传热过程,为改进工艺、提高产品质量提供依据。
本实用新型包括一可设定数据采集时间间隔的多通道数据记录仪,一设有溢胶槽的叠层橡胶隔震支座硫化模具,置于所说模具型腔内的接触式温度传感器,温度传感器的数量不少于8个,每个温度传感器的输出端通过导线与数据记录仪的对应输入端电连接,所说导线从模具型腔内穿过溢胶槽而引出。
设定数据采集时间间隔的多通道数据记录仪,设有溢胶槽的叠层橡胶隔震支座硫化模具和接触式温度传感器都是已有产品,现有技术。
接触式温度传感器可以是热电偶或热敏电阻。热电偶可以是标准温度传感器热电偶或非标准温度传感器热电偶。标准温度传感器热电偶可以包括S、B、E、K、R、J、T等型。
所说导线的长度根据使用时的距离需要而定,一般在2m-3m范围内。
用本装置可以很好地监测各层橡胶硫化过程中的温度变化及持续的时间长短,再结合实验室胶料的硫化曲线,就可以判断橡胶与胶黏剂是否发生同步硫化,且是否都已经硫化完全,从而能实现钢板和橡胶发生很好的粘合,并能缩短硫化时间,提高生产效率。
本实用新型的有益效果是:用此装置来进行支座硫化过程温度监测,操作简单,所需人工少,方便高效,而且对制品没有任何损伤。

具体实施方式
见附图所示的实施例。用该实施例做了2个试验。每个试验置于模具1型腔内的接触式温度传感器数量8个(图中未表示出其具体数量)。每个温度传感器的输出端通过导线2与数据记录仪3的对应输入端电连接,导线2从模具1型腔内穿过溢胶槽而引出。接触式温度传感器采用表层耐高温的高灵敏性K型热电偶探头,导线长2.5m-3.0m。多通道数据记录仪的型号为TP700,记录频率为10min/次。
使用时把模具1型腔内待硫化的橡胶层相应部位用剪刀剪出一道长口,然后将探头埋放在长口中,并合拢剪口处橡胶以实现与上下钢板很好地隔离开,确保探头探测的是橡胶层的实际温度。

1.一种用于探测叠层橡胶隔震支座硫化过程中温度变化的装置,其特征在于:包括一可设定数据采集时间间隔的多通道数据记录仪,一设有溢胶槽的叠层橡胶隔震支座硫化模具,置于所说模具型腔内的接触式温度传感器,温度传感器的数量不少于8个,每个温度传感器的输出端通过导线与数据记录仪的对应输入端电连接,所说导线从模具型腔内穿过溢胶槽而引出。
2.如权利要求1所说的用于探测叠层橡胶隔震支座硫化过程中温度变化的装置,其特征在于:接触式温度传感器为表层耐高温的高灵敏性K型热电偶探头,导线长2.5m-3.0m。
