本实用新型公布的是一种基于砂轮机的刀具夹持机构——磨刀架。目前现有的刀具修磨砂轮机自带有一个托架，用于放置待磨器具，使用时待磨刀具放置在托架上，用手固定并控制进给，实现修磨目标。往往刀具头部的锥角部分磨不对称，而本次公布的磨刀架将解决这一难题，并实现快速调整修磨的目标。

本实用新型涉及一种刀具修磨器具——磨刀架。 
背景技术
目前现有的刀具修磨砂轮机自带有一个托架，用于放置待磨器具，使用时待磨刀具放置在托架上，用手固定并控制进给，实现修磨目标。往往刀具头部的锥角部分磨不对称，导致使用时钻孔尺寸不合，而本实用新型公布的磨刀架将解决这一难题，并实现快速调整修磨的目标。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种磨刀架，解决修磨刀具时，刀具头部的锥角部分磨不对称，导致使用时钻孔尺寸不合的问题。其结构包括：刻度盘、支架；整个磨刀架固定在砂轮机托架上，通过调整支架在刻度盘上的角度，实现修磨刀具头部锥角。它具有可拆卸，操作简单，灵活等特点。 
本发明的解决方案是这样的，刀具固定在支架上，支架与刻度盘连接，通过调整支架在刻度盘上的角度，实现调整刀具头部锥角大小的目的。同时，刀具在支架上不是完全固定，只限制了轴向的位置移动，围绕轴向仍能做回转运动，以实现修磨刀具时，修磨整个头部圆周，磨出均匀对称的锥度。磨出头部锥度后，可拆除磨刀架，进行后续的刃口修磨工作，继而实现快速修磨刀具的目的。

具体实施方式
首先将刻度盘用螺钉(8)固定在砂轮机托架(7)上，使整个磨刀架在砂轮机托架上处于可拆卸状态；然后将支架(3)装在刻度盘(2)上，利用导向销(6)与刻度盘(2)的配合调整修磨刀具头部锥角；用螺钉(8)压紧固定，之后将待磨刀具放置在支架内支承轮(5)上，调好修磨余量后，转动刀具尾部即可实现修磨头部圆周锥角；修磨好刀具头部锥角后，拆下刀具进行后续的刃口修磨工作，直至修磨完成。

1.一种磨刀架，其特征是：包括刻度盘、支架；整个磨刀架固定在砂轮机托架上，通过调整支架在刻度盘上的角度，实现修磨刀具头部锥角。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的磨刀架，其特征是：整个磨刀架在砂轮机托架上处于可拆卸状态。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的磨刀架，其特征是：支架装在刻度盘上，利用导向销与刻度盘的配合调整修磨刀具头部锥角。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的磨刀架，其特征是：转动刀具尾部即可实现修磨头部圆周锥角。
