Abstract

自动止液护帽的疏水膜材采用超声焊接,或热熔焊接,或胶粘,或互锁压方式固定在自动止液护帽上。自动止液护帽采用聚丙烯(PP),或聚乙烯(PE),或丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物(ABS),或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)医用材料。本实用新型与现有技术相比,产品结构简单,外观漂亮,制造工艺简单,生产成本低,可以有效避免药液的浪费,提高了输液治疗的安全性、有效性,保持输液器末端的无菌状态更持久,使用方便,牢固度可靠,适合推广使用。

Description

自动止液护帽
(一)技术领域
本实用新型属于医疗器械领域,具体涉及自动止液护帽。 
(二)背景技术
目前,不带静脉针的输液器一般采用护帽形式保护输液器末端,以确保整支输液器的安全无菌。带护帽不带静脉针的输液器从生产,经灭菌,到用户拆开包装使用,期间始终保持无菌状态。但在使用输液器之前需要排净输液器内的气体,这段时间里会致使输液器末端的污染,甚至导致整支输液器被污染而使用者不自知。 
对于一些患者需要严格控制给药量,一次性输液器排气过程中难以避免药液的浪费,药液的浪费量难以计量,往往患者使用的药液量与医生开出的量是有一定差距。 
(三)发明内容
需要解决的技术问题是:避免输液器排气过程中药液的浪费,保持输液器末端的无菌状态更持久。 
本实用新型是可以采用下述技术方案实现的:自动止液护帽由排气口(3)、防滑棱(1)、密封套(2)、焊接线(4)、疏水膜材(5)、密封棱(6)组成,如图1、2、3所示,焊接线在超声波焊接时使用。密封棱采用双螺纹设计,使得自动止液护帽与接头的连接更紧密,防止漏液。防滑棱采用半圆柱形支撑自动止液护帽,增加了使用时的摩擦力,加固了自动止液护帽的强度,防止外力损伤。疏水膜材使气体通过、阻住液体,因而可通过排气口排净输液器内气体同时药液不流出,有效避免了药液的浪费。自动止液护帽壳体由注塑机一次性注塑而成,壳体是指排气口、防滑棱、密封套、焊接线、密封棱组成的整体。疏水膜材采用超声焊接,或热熔焊接,或胶粘,或互锁压方式固定在壳体上,护冒内部采用一定锥度设计,方便脱模。自动止液护帽壳体采用聚丙烯(PP),或聚乙烯(PE),或丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物(ABS),或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)医用材料。 
本实用新型还可以采用下述技术方案实现:自动止液护帽由上盖(1),底座(2),疏水膜材(3),鲁尔锁定接口(4),鲁尔内圆锥面(5),压膜筋(6),防滑棱(7)组成,如图4、5、6所示。鲁尔内圆锥面设置一定锥度。鲁尔锁定接口采用双螺纹设计,使得自动止液护帽与接头的连接更紧密,防止漏液。防滑棱采用锯齿形设计,增加了使用时的摩擦力,加固了自动止液护帽的强度,防止外力损伤。上盖设置两个半圆形镂空,可使透过疏水膜材的气体通过,并设置了支撑疏水膜材用的横梁,上盖高度范围为1~20mm。底座侧面设计半椭形凹槽,凹槽的长轴长范围为1~10mm,短轴长的范围为0~2mm,上盖相应位置设计有相对大小的半椭形凸槽,整个凹凸设计环绕在上盖与底座的整个侧面,此项设计是为了使上盖与底座的配合更紧密,防止疏水膜材与上盖的脱落。疏水膜材使气体通过、阻住液体,因而可通过上盖排净输液器内气体同时药液不流出,有效避免了药液的浪费。自动止液护帽壳体由注塑机一次性注塑而成,壳体是指底座, 鲁尔锁定接口,鲁尔内圆锥面,防滑棱组成的整体。压膜筋在上盖底部,压膜筋与上盖整体注塑。压膜筋在超声焊接时使用:利用超声焊接将疏水膜材固定在上盖上,将焊有膜材的上盖压进底座。疏水膜材采用超声焊接,或热熔焊接,或胶粘,或互锁压方式固定在自动止液护帽内。自动止液护帽壳体、压膜筋和上盖采用聚丙烯(PP),或聚乙烯(PE),或丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物(ABS),或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)医用材料。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比,产品结构简单,外观漂亮,制造工艺简单,生产成本低,可以有效避免药液的浪费,提高了输液治疗的安全性、有效性,保持输液器末端的无菌状态更持久,使用方便,牢固度可靠,适合推广使用。

(五)具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的技术方案进一步描述: 
如图1、2所示:自动止液护帽由排气口(3)、防滑棱(1)、密封套(2)、焊接线(4)、疏水膜材(5)、密封棱(6)组成,自动止液护帽壳体由注塑机一次性注塑而成,壳体的材料最适宜选用聚丙烯(PP)或聚乙烯(PE),自动止液护帽内置焊接线,疏水膜材最适宜采用超声焊接固定,自动止液护帽内设一定锥度,外设半圆柱形支撑防滑棱,自动止液护帽底部设置排气口,密封棱采用双螺纹设计。 
如图4、5所示:自动止液护帽由上盖(1),底座(2),疏水膜材(3),鲁尔锁定接口(4),鲁尔内圆锥面(5),压膜筋(6),防滑棱(7)组成。自动止液护帽壳体由注塑机一次性注塑而成,壳体是指底座,鲁尔锁定接口,鲁尔内圆锥面,防滑棱组成的整体。压膜筋在上盖底部,上盖和压膜筋整体注塑,自动止液护帽壳体、压膜筋和上盖的材料最适宜选用聚丙烯(PP)或聚乙烯(PE)。上盖与底座设计有半椭形互锁,环绕在上盖与底座的整个侧面。疏水膜材最适宜采用超声焊接或互锁压固定。鲁尔内圆锥面最适合采用国家标准设计。防滑棱采用锯齿形设计,以增加牢固度和握力。鲁尔锁定接口采用双螺纹设计。上盖设置两个半圆形镂空,并设计有支撑膜材用的横梁。 

Claims (19)

1.自动止液护帽,其特征在于自动止液护帽由排气口、防滑棱、密封套、焊接线、疏水膜材、密封棱组成,焊接线在超声波焊接时使用。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动止液护帽,其特征在于密封棱采用双螺纹设计,使得自动止液护帽与接头的连接更紧密,防止漏液。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的自动止液护帽,其特征在于防滑棱采用半圆柱形支撑自动止液护帽,增加了摩擦力,加固了自动止液护帽的强度,防止外力损伤。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的自动止液护帽,其特征在于疏水膜材使气体通过、阻住液体,因而通过排气口排净输液器内气体同时药液不流出,有效避免了药液的浪费。 
5.根据权利要求1所述的自动止液护帽,其特征在于固定膜材的方式是超声波焊接,或热熔焊接,或胶粘,或互锁压。 
6.根据权利要求1所述的自动止液护帽,其特征在于自动止液护帽内部采用一定锥度设计,方便脱模。 
7.根据权利要求1所述的自动止液护帽,其特征在于自动止液护帽壳体由注塑机一次性注塑而成,壳体是指排气口、防滑棱、密封套、焊接线、密封棱组成的整体。 
8.根据权利要求1所述的自动止液护帽,其特征在于自动止液护帽壳体所用材料是聚丙烯(PP),或聚乙烯(PE),或丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物(ABS),或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)医用材料。 
9.自动止液护帽,其特征在于自动止液护帽由上盖,底座,疏水膜材,鲁尔锁定接口,鲁尔内圆锥面,压膜筋,防滑棱组成。 
10.根据权利要求9所述的自动止液护帽,其特征在于鲁尔内圆锥面设置一定锥度。 
11.根据权利要求9所述的自动止液护帽,其特征在于鲁尔锁定接口采用双螺纹设计,使得自动止液护帽与接头的连接更紧密,防止漏液。 
12.根据权利要求9所述的自动止液护帽,其特征在于防滑棱采用锯齿形设计,增加了使用时的摩擦力,加固了自动止液护帽的强度,防止外力损伤。 
13.根据权利要求9所述的自动止液护帽,其特征在于上盖设置两个半圆形镂空,可使透过疏水膜材的气体通过,并设置了支撑疏水膜材用的横梁,上盖高度范围为1~20mm。 
14.根据权利要求9所述的自动止液护帽,其特征在于底座侧面设计半椭形凹槽,凹槽的长轴长范围为1~10mm,短轴长的范围为0~2mm,上盖相应位置设计有相对大小的半椭形凸槽,整个凹凸设计环绕在上盖与底座的整个侧面,此项设计是为了使上盖与底座的配合更紧密,防止疏水膜材与上盖的脱落。 
15.根据权利要求9所述的自动止液护帽,其特征在于疏水膜材使气体通过、阻住液体,因而可通过上盖排净输液器内气体同时药液不流出,有效避免了药液的浪费。 
16.根据权利要求9所述的自动止液护帽,其特征在于自动止液护帽壳体由注塑机一次性注塑而成,壳体是指底座,鲁尔锁定接口,鲁尔内圆锥面,防滑棱组成的整体,压膜筋在上盖底部,压膜筋与上盖整体注塑。 
17.根据权利要求9所述的自动止液护帽,其特征在于压膜筋在超声焊接时使用,利用超声焊接将疏水膜材固定在上盖上,将焊有膜材的上盖压进底座。 
18.根据权利要求9所述的自动止液护帽,其特征在于疏水膜材采用超声焊接,或热熔焊接,或胶粘,或互锁压方式固定在自动止液护帽内。
