背景技术
临床护理中，一些重症病人需长期卧病在床，四肢无法充分活动，时间长了易造成肌肉萎缩。现有技术尚没有供病人锻炼四肢的临床护理设备。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种一种康复床，以解决现有技术没有供病人锻炼四肢的临床护理设备的问题。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案为：
一种康复床，其特征在于：包括有支撑人体上身的上床板、支撑人体下身的下床板，还包括转轴，所述上床板下部转动安装在转轴上端，下床板上部转动安装在转轴下端，所述上床板两侧底部分别转动安装有转盘，转盘上分别通过铰链铰接有可360度翻转的臂部护板，所述下床板下边沿底部亦转动安装有一对转盘，转盘上分别通过铰链铰接有可360度翻转的腿部护板。
所述的一种康复床，其特征在于：所述臂部护板、腿部护板上分别设置有绑带。
本实用新型使用时，病人四肢分别固定在臂部护板、腿部护板上并通过绑带固定，然后即可活动四肢以进行锻炼，同时腰部扭动时也可使上、下床板相对转动实现腰部锻炼。本实用新型可为长期卧床的病人提供锻炼服务，提高了临床护理的质量。

如图1所示。一种康复床，包括有支撑人体上身的上床板1、支撑人体下身的下床板2，还包括转轴3，上床板1下部转动安装在转轴3上端，下床板2上部转动安装在转轴3下端，上床板1两侧底部分别转动安装有转盘4，转盘4上分别通过铰链铰接有可360度翻转的臂部护板5，下床板2下边沿底部亦转动安装有一对转盘6，转盘6上分别通过铰链铰接有可360度翻转的腿部护板7。臂部护板5、腿部护板上7分别设置有绑带8。
