Abstract

本实用新型是用于阀门的保温隔热装置。对阀门的保温隔热措施,通常是以带状材料掺加石棉之类的保温材料缠绕在阀门的外面,再经捆绑而成。这种保温材料不但保温性能差,热量散失严重,并且只能使用一次,浪费材料。本实用新型阀门保温套不但能多次重复使用,拆装方便,而且具有良好的保温隔热性能。使用阀门保温套可得到节约能源改善劳动条件的效果。

Description

本实用新型是用于阀门的保温隔热装置,特别是蒸汽阀门的保温隔热装置,通常是以带状材料掺加石棉之类的保温材料缠绕在阀门的外表面,再经捆绑而成。采用这种不成型的保温材料,一般只能使用一次不但热量散失严重,浪费燃料又不安全。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种安装在阀门上,能随意安装或卸下的,能多次重复使用的T型阀门保温套。阀门保温套的构造如图1所示它是由两个对称的T型部件(1)组成,两个T型部件用合页(2)绞接件绞接在一起,在两个T型部件的开口处安装有克码(3)做为紧锁装置。每个T型部件是由耐温的材料(如薄铁板)制成的外壳(4)及在外壳(4)里面锒

的保温材料(5)所构成的。阀门保温套的使用方法非常简单,首先将两个T型部件(1)打开,从阀门的两侧将阀门及部分管 路包在空槽(6)内,再把克码锁紧即可。
本实用新型的特征在于:它是用绞接件把两个T型部件的长轴方向即直通轴向的一侧对称地绞接在一起,每个T型部件是由耐温的硬质材料制成的外壳及在外壳内侧锒

本实用新型的实施例可以是这样的:用薄铁板加工成T型的外壳,外壳的各轴向断面可以是冂型也可以是半圆型,全部表面先塗刷防锈漆一至两层,然后在外表面刷以装饰性油漆。外壳制成后用合页把两个T型外壳绞接在一起,并在两个T型部件开口的位置安装搭扣或克码等紧锁装置。最后在T型部件的内部锒

石棉板、岩棉板或石棉等保温材料。保温材料的选择及厚度根据阀门的公称直径及介质的温度而定。根据试验测定,使用阀门保温套可以大大降低阀门的外表温度,减少热量散失,不但能节约能源,还能改善劳动条件,保证作业人员的安全。为了进一步提高保温隔热效果,还可以在阀门保温套的阀门杆引出的一端安装一个如图2的颈圈。
