Abstract
本实用新型是用于阀门的保温隔热装置。对阀门的保温隔热措施，通常是以带状材料掺加石棉之类的保温材料缠绕在阀门的外面，再经捆绑而成。这种保温材料不但保温性能差，热量散失严重，并且只能使用一次，浪费材料。本实用新型阀门保温套不但能多次重复使用，拆装方便，而且具有良好的保温隔热性能。使用阀门保温套可得到节约能源改善劳动条件的效果。
Description
本实用新型是用于阀门的保温隔热装置，特别是蒸汽阀门的保温隔热装置，通常是以带状材料掺加石棉之类的保温材料缠绕在阀门的外表面，再经捆绑而成。采用这种不成型的保温材料，一般只能使用一次不但热量散失严重，浪费燃料又不安全。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种安装在阀门上，能随意安装或卸下的，能多次重复使用的T型阀门保温套。阀门保温套的构造如图1所示它是由两个对称的T型部件（1）组成，两个T型部件用合页（2）绞接件绞接在一起，在两个T型部件的开口处安装有克码（3）做为紧锁装置。每个T型部件是由耐温的材料（如薄铁板）制成的外壳（4）及在外壳（4）里面锒 
的保温材料（5）所构成的。阀门保温套的使用方法非常简单，首先将两个T型部件（1）打开，从阀门的两侧将阀门及部分管 路包在空槽（6）内，再把克码锁紧即可。
本实用新型的特征在于：它是用绞接件把两个T型部件的长轴方向即直通轴向的一侧对称地绞接在一起，每个T型部件是由耐温的硬质材料制成的外壳及在外壳内侧锒 
的以石棉板、岩棉板、石棉为保温材料所构成的，在绞接件相对的一侧即在开口方向装有紧锁装置。
本实用新型的实施例可以是这样的：用薄铁板加工成T型的外壳，外壳的各轴向断面可以是冂型也可以是半圆型，全部表面先塗刷防锈漆一至两层，然后在外表面刷以装饰性油漆。外壳制成后用合页把两个T型外壳绞接在一起，并在两个T型部件开口的位置安装搭扣或克码等紧锁装置。最后在T型部件的内部锒 
石棉板、岩棉板或石棉等保温材料。保温材料的选择及厚度根据阀门的公称直径及介质的温度而定。根据试验测定，使用阀门保温套可以大大降低阀门的外表温度，减少热量散失，不但能节约能源，还能改善劳动条件，保证作业人员的安全。为了进一步提高保温隔热效果，还可以在阀门保温套的阀门杆引出的一端安装一个如图2的颈圈。

1、一种用于阀门保温隔热的阀门保温套其特征在于：它是由两个T型部件绞接在一起组成，每个T型部件是在耐温材料制成的外壳里面银 
有一定厚度的保温材料，在两个T型部件能打开一侧的开口处有紧锁装置。
2、如权利要求1所述的阀门保温套，其特征在于：绞接件安装在T型部件长轴即直通轴向的一侧。
3、如权利要求1所述的阀门保温套，其特征在于：选用石棉板、岩棉板、石棉做为保温材料。
