背景技术
海洋渔业拖网生产作业是最普通且海洋捕捞比例最多的渔业生产方式,底拖网的囊网是在海底拖曳中最易磨损的部分,现有的底拖网囊网防磨采用以下方式:在囊网上用钢丝绳重新编织钢丝绳网或者把网线加粗5-10倍,这两种方式的缺陷是囊网在海底拖网作业时钢丝绳网伸长与聚乙烯不一致,钢丝绳网容易损坏鱼货,网线加粗又易使网目变小而对选择捕捞不利,网目变型后使拖网船阻力加大,需多消耗动力柴油;直接提高经济成本。这样的底拖网钢丝绳组合囊网因重量大,增大海底植物的损坏,污染和损坏海洋植物生长环境,还受到法规限制。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种底拖囊网节能耐磨网格辊,目的是减小囊网在拖网时碰到海底的阻力,减少对海底植物的损伤与破坏,保护海洋环境。
本实用新型的技术方案由辊轮和穿在辊轮内孔中的辊轴组成,其特征是辊轮做成穿孔橄榄形,辊轮长度为1-3个网目单边长,辊轮最大外径为30mm-100mm,辊轮内孔直径为8mm-30mm;辊轴做成套管形,套管中穿入网绳。
本实用新型可装在囊网上,囊网在海底拖网作业时,减小了囊网的阻力,既节约能耗也可使拖网被海底岩石挂住而丢失机率减至最低,经连续拖网作业性能对比试验,节约柴油消耗量10%以上,拖网被海底岩石挂住而丢失机率减少80%以上,也避免或减少了海底植物的损伤与破坏,保护了海洋生态环境。

本实用新型(见图1)由辊轮1和穿在辊轮内孔中的为辊轴2组成,辊轮做成穿孔橄榄形,辊轮长度为1-3个网目单边长,辊轮最大外径为30mm-100mm,辊轴内孔直径为8mm-30mm;辊轴做成套管形,套管中穿入网绳3。本实用新型可装在囊网外面与海底磨擦的位置,囊网在海底拖网作业时,减小了囊网碰到海底使阻力减至很小,既节约能耗;也可使拖网被海底岩石挂住而丢失机率减至最低,而且避免或减少了海底植物的损伤与破坏;不但大大降低捕捞能源生产成本,也大幅减低了网具丢失的生产成本和保护了海洋环境。
