本实用新型属于绳索联接环。
背景技术
现有的海洋工程纤维绳索与金属锚链或钢丝绳联接时,采用在纤维绳索绳环上编织或套上化纤护套,其缺陷是纤维绳索和绳环上编织或套上的化纤护套均因熔点低,而无法满足绳索长期受巨大拉力而很快磨损,如海上平台长期在受力工况条件下,不允许也无法满足调换化纤护套,结果造成直接磨损纤维绳索,定位索伸长率不稳定,使海洋工程如深水钻井平台锚泊定位安全受到影响。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种海洋工程纤维绳索金属管联接环。
本实用新型的技术方案采用金属管,其特征是金属管弯制成“U”形并且两边管体逐渐向中间对称靠拢的联接环;联接环两边管体之间焊接筋板,在筋板的半圆中心镶嵌一个轴套。
本实用新型的有益的效果是:轴套的配置使纤维绳索受力面大幅度扩大,由直接接触静力磨损转换成了金属与金属轴套动配合,大幅度的减小了纤维绳索的磨损;纤维绳索接触的金属弯管内部涂塑处理后保护层免除了纤维绳索与弯管的金属直接接触和磨损,可广泛应用于海洋工程石油平台锚泊定位和拖缆系泊,渔业生产的拖网、围网等拖纲,深海打捞、勘探等特种海洋工程及航天军事、交通航运、工农业矿山等工程。

具体实施方式
本实用新型根据不同纤维绳索直径,采用能通过纤维绳索的金属管弯制成基本呈“U”形并且两边管体逐渐向中间对称靠拢的联接环1;联接环两边管体之间焊接筋板3,在筋板的半圆中心镶嵌一个轴套2,以利纤维绳索与金属绳或锚链联接后的活动联接,联接环外部做镀锌层或其它防锈处理,与纤维绳索接触的金属弯管内部有涂塑层。

1.海洋工程纤维绳索金属管联接环,采用金属管,其特征是金属管弯制成“U”形并且两边管体逐渐向中间对称靠拢的联接环;联接环两边管体之间焊接筋板,在筋板的半圆中心镶一个轴套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的海洋工程纤维绳索金属管联接环,其特征是联接环外部做有镀锌层,金属管内部有涂塑层。
